- lenagelisRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Cool story, takes you to a dark place. I think it could benefit from a little more showing and less telling, especially when describing her descent into madness, but nonetheless, I had to finish it to see how it ended! I would be curious to know what the author had in mind regarding the forest spirit. Was it a demon of some kind? Or a mere reflection of herself, her fears, her guilt?
