Description

[NOTICE] This project is on hiatus but only because I'm actively working on the finalized version of the full book. No more wondering storylines and massive changes. My current expectations for TOA is Oct-Nov 25. We'll see lol

President-elect Robert Pope wakes up on Inauguration Day next to his wife Meghan. After eating breakfast next to his kid Helly, the family heads off to face the day the JCCIC itinerary has set for them. Right before finishing his oath, a bullet rips him from his world. He wakes up in the sovereign citadel of another world's kingdom and is tasked with guiding it out of a great recession and rebuilding it past its former glory.

This is an otherworld fantasy, bureaucratic monocracy building tale with a splash of romance and drama. I wanted an isekai-type adventure where the MC is actually competent and not a whiny-pushover. This is meant to be bureaucratic and political in as much of a logical way that I can think up.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

- Proper governance and competency from the MC;

- Literally building a kingdom;

- Political drama and subterfuge;

- A slowly-ish developing romance (idk I'm figuring it out as I go);

- Nerdy, yet completely made up stuff;

- Literal legislation and lawmaking; and

- Realistic undertakings and bureaucracy.

    This story takes a unique spin on isekai adventures by making one with a character that actually acts like an adult. It's got a bit of a slower build up but it really hits the ground running right at the start of the second part. There are times where it's clear the author didn't really know what all they wanted but they also warned us at the start. This story is fantastic so far and I'm excited to see how the rest shakes out.

    This book is a wonderful political fantasy that explores what would happen if a presidential candidate was sent to another world. It  explores politics within this new kingdom, as well as reforms the new king seeks to make. I truly hope this books continues to be written, for it is one that I am most excited to read. It is a exiting concept, and has been executed brilliantly. This quality and level of detail is so high, I see no reason why this does not have thousands of followers and reach rising stars. I see no flaws. It is realistic, detailed, and with no grammatical errors I could find. I would highly recommend other to take the time to check this book out.

    Was hoping for an intelligent MC but got an idealistic Moron. The storyline was shaping up ok but they just made the mc look like a single minded individual with almost no forethought. Sorry but pass on this one.
    And of corse there is a stupid 50 word limit also rather stupid.
