Description

Lives that she couldn't remember.

Memories and pains that she always forgot.

How many times had the time rewinded? As if fate was mocking her efforts to survive. When her only wish was to live ordinarily and attain a natural death at old age.

"This kingdom will perish," Felix stated expressionlessly. "Nothing will change no matter how much we try to prevent it."

"So what should I do?" Fiorentia shouted in frustration. "You said that most of my deaths were because of the war, right? But you said that it's useless to prevent it? Why?"

"Because the Emperor of Chaldea is a crazy warmonger. His ambition is to unite both the upper and lower central continent under his reign. And somehow, you're also their target, although I don't know for what reason. But in case, it's better for us to lay low now. Remember, we're still powerless children without parents."

***

In a place where the only person they could trust was each other, they spent their time in frustration and helplessness —until a variable suddenly appeared in front of them.

"Silver hair and purple eyes ....he's the youngest prince of Chaldea, Emmanuel," Felix muttered in disbelief as he stared at the sleeping boy who suddenly emerged from thin air in front of their castle. "How in the world did he appear here? This never happened in previous lives?!"

"This will be the last time, brother," Fiorentia swore to Felix. "I'll make sure of it."

***

"I want to become stronger ..." Emmanuel whispered in despair as he looked into the identical twins' unreadable eyes which was the similar purple as his. ".... help me. In exchange, I'll let you use me to your heart's content, for whatever you desire ...."

20th of the 10th month, year 544, when time and illusion met immortality.

Like I said, it's a cool concept! I love the plot of it and the air or mystery in the story so far~!
Problem is, there's a bit too much mystery if you know what I mean?
Like, how old is Felix exactly? How is he so calm about seeing his sister die in front of him like that?!
So one thing that needs to be straightened out is, is felix a child with 12 adult memories or an adult who is now stuck as a child? Because if he's a child with enough memories for 12 adults, it should really mess with his brain because a child's brain chemistry and an adult's brain chemistry are two very separate things and hence, experience/process the world differently. So while an adult may have no problem taking a deep breath and holding in all the anger he feels towards the world for killing his sister, child Felix is gonna throw a tantrum! He's gonna come up with half-baked plans because he's a child.
Also the dialogue falls flat for some reason, perhaps add a few more actions or more internal dialogues?
Other then all that it was great! Though a bit rushed in certain places (internal dialogue can go a long way in helping us readers understand what the character is thinking!)

Only three chapters are out as of now, so I will be writing this review with only these chapters in mind.
The idea is nice, and the execution is done very well. I think some more description of the setting, i.e., the castle, about their soon-to-be-bald uncle would have immersed the readers more. The grammar was great too and I quite like the writing style.
All in all, it was a short and sweet read so far. Looking forward to more!
