A tech demo of an AI-piloted main battle tank goes horribly wrong and the AI is scrapped.

Fortunately for the AI, a forge god several worlds over is in need of a new champion.  Now this sentient main battle tank must learn to survive—or even thrive—in a fantasy world with nothing but its wits... and also a System to supply it with more weapons.

This story updates at a rate of one chapter each time classified military information is leaked on the War Thunder forums.  The (at time of writing) 13 previous leaks will be accounted for on a convenience basis.

Tank You Very Much, or, as its authors have come to call it,Tanksekai, is a crackfic dreamed up by a community of authors including myself,Aest Belaqua, Crownfall,TheLeakingPen, andKnightOfTheGrey.  All military specs in the fic are guaranteed 100% accurate, and every time you dare to correct us, we will make it evenmoreaccurate.
