The style of the story is an interesting blend of LITRPG and Gamelit. So far it is a story detailing a transmigration and is fairly standard in that regard. What is unique is the approach to the protagonists class and context around the character.
It’s early to say but the story so far is a burgeoning weak to strong with full character immersion into a new world. The pace of the story so far is nicely balanced between character focused and plot development. I am hopeful there is more goodness coming but it’s early days yet.
The characters so far are engaging and interesting. There have been two that have been introduced so far and they are likable. I’m curious to learn more about the background of them and how they grow. It’s early days so the development of the characters is still somewhat limited but there is lots of potential there.
This story is well structured and well written. It has clearly either been edited with care or the author has a natural aptitude to prose. The language is neither overly loquacious nor barren of embellishment.
I look forward to reading even more of this story as it develops!

Only ten chapters in but I am really enjoying this series. I love the magician angle, and am kind of a sucker for this kind of MC.
So far the writing has limited mistakes and errors that take away from the story, the characters have been engaging, and the story is moving along at a reasonable pace.

Well the story is really I mean really good the system doesn't to have much focus in the story put the plot is great .The way MC fights is very fun to read and the main cast which I assume are  Ren and Wolf(Bear) are also great .
So go and read the novel rn .
I hope author u get a lot of patrons

You’d think a stage magician would be at a bit of a disadvantage in a world of swords and sorcery, but thanks to the system Max now has a few tricks up his sleeve. Once he gathers up some assistants, he’ll be ready to take his show on the road! Those who oppose him will be so dazzled they won’t know what hit them.

I really liked the idea of a stage magician reincarnated in a mage. The interaction of the MC with the female character, with a very slow budding romance is also good. What is really annoying is the story and the world construction. So far our characters  had no interactions with real people, the world is a sort of videogame that appears to be  populated only by NPC without a real personality and by players. I hope that this will change in the next chapters because it's starting to be really boring.

It was a quite stiff world built on the litrpg system that made it hard to get emotional or attached to it as it doesn't feel real like it couldnt have happened even in a different universe.
And my major sadness was the lack of fleur or actual work with the magician part he doesnt pull any actual smart or cool trick and even when he does its described in a lackluster way. Like it would be way cooler if he put some better wording picture a backstab
"The world turned dark suddenly and Jonas in a instant cut forward revealing the trickster was already gone felling a chill in his stomach he didnt had time to turn around as he felt a sharp pain on his nape and realized he couldnt move his lower body he understood he had been backstabbed and the world turned dark once again forever."
But no he rather put some shit like that
"Max threw a dirty rag he had around in his inventory to block his vision and as the warrior cut it in half max had already quickly sidestepped behind him and delivered a fatal stab with his knife on the neck instantly killing him."

the story is fun, dont get me wrong, but whats killing my score is the CONSTANT AND NEVERENDING CRITICISM AND HATE from the teammate, no matter what he does she craps on our main character, he could quite literally single handedly kill a dozen dragons with nothing but toothpaste and a pipecleaner and she would still find some way to call him garbage and im getting sick of the main character being such a wimp and coward that he puts up with it simply because he wants a "friend", its a classic example of an abusive relationship. the story would be IMMENSELY benefited by him dropping her like a bad habit and finding a better class of friend, one that wont treat him like dog crap no matter what he does.
if the teammate stops with the constant ridicule or leaves the story entirely my score would definitely go up, but as it is i am honestly starting to consider dropping because i am tired of reading how many ways you can call the obviously impressive main character trash without him finally slapping some sense into her, because he could absolutely decimate her blindfolded.

The NPC's kill an immersion, at least for me. They sorta make the world feel like it's made of plastic, as if the whole universe is fake and everything done it is inconsequential. I tried to look past it, but it's all I can think about. If you can look past it the novel is fine, but it's too much for me.

What I personally like about isekai/litrpg stories is the sense of wonder. You are supposed to be reading about an MC that's exploring a whole new world for the first time. With litrpg systems that also includes exploring the system itself. The thrill of the endless possibilities, the myriad of magic items the mc can acquire, his journey to strength by navigating his way through his stats and skills.
So I'm disappointed that this novel seems to be so uninspired with the whole isekai/litrpg genre. The MC doesn't seem to really care about the new world and it bleeds through and permeates the novel because it's almost all in his POV. He is also dismissive of his system which honestly I couldn't really blame him for because the whole system is really meh. It doesn't really give the players any choice. Every level up the mc just gets a set of new skills with no input from him. It's like it's just an information terminal for them really. Quests are really basic too and likewise with the rewards. The MC takes the time to loot but he doesn't care about any of them. If he gets a powerful set of magical robe for example he'd just equip it underneath his original suit from earth which basically means they're all just buffs to him not actual items.
Really, the most glaring problem in this story is the MC. An ideal mc for an isekai/litrpg should be someone who is captivated with the new world. If not that then they should be really invested in the system and have a drive to progress through it. This mc is not those. He's just... very one-dimensional. He arrives to a new world filled with magic, with a new system and his goal is "perform magic before a crowd again". Like, dude. Pause for a second and realize that you're a magician who can finally do actual magic. And for a supposedly very successful and famous magician he really lacks personality. He lacks that certain flamboyance and wit of a veteran stage performer. All he does is bow to people and tip hi

The writing was so pretentious I could not even get into the book. I don't know what style of writing that was but it totally through me off on this story. Writing 'big ' words does not make it a good story!! Maybe I'm just a poor country boy  but I I can say I have read over 10000 books in life and none of them was written in this style..
