read the entire thing over a period of 3 days and was greatly disappointed when it ended.
great read about a sentient dungeon and it's path from hole in the ground to being an actual POWER.
spelling and grammar are fairly immaculate with only a couple minor issues throughout over 700k words.
overall an astounding success of the sentient dungeon subgenre that so many try at and fail.

This is a hell of a story. Surprised I didn't encounter it earlier, with as many LitRPGs as I've read.
After the first sex scene I was a little sceptical with the direction this was going, but despite how graphic those scenes are they do play an important role in the story without taking up too much of the content. This isn't smut, though if you're into that there's enough of it to satisfy you.
Overall a very interesting take on the dungeon core genre with a great cast of characters and a lot of interesting concepts.
An addictive, binge-able read which I finished in a couple of weeks of non-stop reading outside of work. The story moves at a hell of a pace, with very few lulls, and definitely keeps you interested. I'm glad I came to this just as it was being completed as otherwise this would be one of those I was desperately waiting for the next chapter of!
Style: Great writing with a firm grasp of constantly moving along the plot in a very binge-able manner.
Story: Overall just a great and unique story.
Characters: very good characters, suffers a tiny bit from the arrogant-young-master trope of opponents that carries over from xianxia, but much less than many similar stories, and overall characterisation is very strong.
Grammer: No complaints here.

So, I finally finished binge reading Blue Core. It drew me in very quickly and I loved the character arcs and the story in general. The sex scenes were done quite tastefully in my opinion and did make me fantasise a bit haha. Was sad to see it end, though I hope more stories, even short ones, could be written in the Blue Core universe. Thank you author for the time and passion in writing this!

Blue Core is a great mix of Dungeon MC, world building, friendship, dragons and heroes. What makes it unique, is the positivity and how the main cast are solving problems. As with many isekai MC, the main character has a lot of otherworldly knowledge, is far superior in comparison to his kind and grows incredibly powerful in an incredibly short time. What makes it different though, is that he tries to help people, befriend them and even gives his enemies a fair chance.
The story is a great combination of building a family, world building and growing to achieve ones goals. Which are not "conquer the world", "grow stronger, so noone can beat you" and "kill all evil" but rather "help my friends" and "stop evil without killing them if it can be avoided".
The main cast consists of the dungeon and his female companions which are empowered by having sex with him. It is always difficult if that is an inherent part of a stories progression and the author managed to find the right balance.
While the author does use quite a lot of tropes, he gives them his unique twist and I really enjoyed binge-reading the story, staying up and reading far longer than should have been reasonable (I am writing this review pas 2 AM, after I finished reading it). It was worth every morning of having difficulties to get out of bed after a night far too short.

Absolutely love this story. I have been on a bit of a binge of all of InadvisablyCompelled’s books and really love them. The style is great, the quality is high, and the stories have incredibly interesting premises.
this story was the first I read of his/hers and got me into their other books, and while I couldn’t pick a favorite it’s the only one I have read twice.
the sex scenes are actually good, and in my opinion done tastefully in terms of how many their are and how they are written. It seems really really hard to write those scenes.
the story is really cool, the plot is interesting, I like the characters and dialogue, and it is probably the most satisfying epilogue of all time

This story took me around a week to read from start to finish. But I think it was worth the time, this story is long, developed and beautiful. It certainly has it flaws, with minor mistakes or forgetten plotlines. But overall, I was in love with it from start to finish. The adult themes and detailed sex scenes personally I think add a lot to the story and I don't think they should stop you from reading it. They're there, but they get less common as the story moves past needing them.

Most of all, it was just a fun read, and becoming a sentient dungeon has been added to my list of cool reincarnation fantasies. 10/10, would read again

Coming from Dungeon Life over on r/HFY, this was 'also' amazing.
If you aren't one for the adult scenes, just skip them. ((Unfortunately they aren't entirely in their own self contained chapters)) - The rest of the book is definitely worth it..
and of course, if you are for the adult scenes, I felt these were at least well done, if not perfect. Primarily due to semantics and preferences.
