The stars, falling or otherwise, were not what they seemed at first glance.

The Princedom of the Nearn Archipelago is in dire financial straits and is doing everything it can to secure its financial future. This includes hiring a reclusive Celestial Angler to bring down a knew dungeon for them to exploit and break for the quickest gain. This of course is not what the dungeon itself would like to happen. It would much rather be left to its own devices to grow and prosper and to uncover the true meaning of its celestial origins.
