What to expect (Beware of small spoilers):-A System with fewer numbers but still plenty of progression.-A conflict much deeper than just the initial apocalypse-Strong-willed MC. A person with strengths but also some issues.Bit of a battle maniac but not a murderhobo.-Pace that adapts to the events. Slow when needed, fast when not.-Not so weak to Stronger-No harem, or VR. Style - pretty cool, nothing too crazy but solid and engaging, no point where I wanted to skip chapters or just not read about something, good lore building overall and engaging paragraphs
Story - I like the story, better than a standard system apocalypse with a pretty overused premise, It has a somewhat unique system, and more of a survival focus than lots of others, with a burgeoning zombie apocalypse. Unlike others, the MC doesn’t somehow rise to first place immediately, and the contamination zones show a clear plot point later when they fall. The idea of controllers of integrations, while not new, is fairly interesting to think about, along with the internal politics of such an organisation. The idea that the internet still works, and unlike other novels, humanity hasn’t splintered or collapsed immediately is nice, and I like the concept.
Character - I like the MC, start of the story hints at levels of emotional depth you don’t always see in litRPG stories whose protagonists are just chasing level ups.
Grammer - overall solid, I didn’t see anything wrong or noticeably off in the chapters I read, so looks like author has a solid grasp of the English language

I like how the system looks so far and the idea with a virus is pretty neat.
I like how the story isn't one of the ones where the system isn't based on it just appeared no backstory or so but where it really has a use besides the normal help the survivors survive.
The MC is also pretty normal so no absurd luck or background.

I love how you did the MC. It’s so cool, I also have a weak spot when it comes to them having an affinity for Blood Magic or superpowers. But mostly Magic. I deeply love how you did the system it’s amazing and deserves recognition. I deeply appreciate the fact that you replaced Mana with an iron. I can imagine that it took a while to come up with that and make it fit perfectly with the story. It’s Original and I love it. Keep doing what you’ve been doing. And please stay safe out there.

A real great apocalypse story, MC is enjoying himself in this new state of slow societal collapse and the people around him act like normal human beings. While I'm not if I've really seen anything yet that would qualify as special or unique to the genre the story is still fairly solid nonetheless. I've even given in to my addiction of subscribing to it on patreon for those advanced chapters!

The title is a bit misleading and yet also a bit on the nose
Because while the power system is based on this virus
The fact is that it seems more like a zombie infection / zombie apocalypse and a select percentage of the population is mutating with the virus instead of being mutated by the virus
There is this vibe of, like, Resident Evil, but the positive carriers are more than what is in Resident Evil.
And then there is the power system, which is very broad in category; we have the basic four elements and some slightly more unusual powers like electricity, metal and light
And blacksmithing, but more like metal shaping. And the MC has this like blood-origin power system. There is, also this teeny tiny lil blurb of cooking origin/power
Really very cool I'm hoping that there is more stuff like telekinesis or something
