Some downsides:
Spelling/grammar errors everywhere ('couscous' is used instead of conscious in one spot lol.) This badly needs some QA readers and editing.
Opening is a little slow, maybe.
There are often a lot different threads and the PoV can jump around a bit.
Updates are slow.
Some of the harem members could be fleshed out more (Aria tends to live behind the scenes, for example.)
What makes it great is how unabashedly shameless the MC is with his over the top behavior. No one is safe and everyone gets scammed. The MC has a ton of prior knowledge but is still a small fish in a big pond, and has to rely on his wits (scamming the f*** out of everyone) in order to survive. Sometimes he makes mistakes. Rarely, he can directly bulldoze his way through a problem.
World building is sneaky good in this.
The humor made me laugh a bunch of times. The only thing like it might be Centaurus on Scribblehub, although that's pure smutty humor, whereas this is more juvenile shaming and insulting.
Read through three times and consider this one of the better stories even with all its flaws. As you can see by the rage 1-star reviews, it's not a story for everyone.

I recently re-read the story and the improvement is marked.
Deserves to be higher rated than it is as it's just a really enjoyable read.

I found this one looking for reincarnation fiction. This is really a regressor story. Normally, I would knock the rating down for grammar mistakes, but I am in awe of how well the author has managed so many plot elements. Also the humor really comes through. Some chapters have put me in tears from laughing so hard. The writing style is snappy and keeps attention on the story and characters. This is definitely a harem theme, but no explicit sex scenes.
The main character has some cheat abilities but he is not OP. He is very smart and scheming. He also has no problems acting like a gangster to meet his goals. His harem is interesting and no one is cookie cutter.
Final words for this review: Beware the Nutcracker!

I've been addicted to this series has I can't wait for the next release. Also could release a glossary to keep track of all the harem/maid members and the different factions.

This book is addictingly good I picked it up 2 days ago and have read 502 chapters since then. There is a great system which let's the mc be incredibly powerful but not world breakingly so (atleast early on). The mc is the perfect blend of cunning and heartwarming. I love the pacing of the story as the author knows how to draw out the plot without the climax of each arc being the only interesting part while the rest being filler chapters. I hope for the continued release as I have grown to love the story.

I will say this first and foremost... This story isn't for most people. The MC is perverted as hell, has plans within plans and has no problem being hated by characters and readers alike.
Many complain about the Harem aspect but I'll give a very small spoiler: his bloodline is from a Dragon. So I'm not at all mad and actually understand why the Author went this route.
Keep an open mind when reading this that it's INSANELY slow paced while being action packed and having plot actually flow (100+ chapters for 1 week) but what's funny is you won't even notice the slow time with how crazy things get.
I give this a 4.5* only because not enough has truly happened to make me give a detailed review yet... Alot has happened... It's weird.
Anyway when the world changes in the book then I might do an advanced review

First of all I would like to say I enjoy this story/novel a lot.
It's deinitely not for audiances below R16.
The good:
Complex world, scheming intelligent MC, dark humor, genius plot twists.
The bad:
The first 100 chapters sometimes read like a machine translation.
The words used are sometimes very close to the intended ones.
The tenses are all over the place.
It got better gradually but it can be discouraging for new readers.
Still far from perfect at my current chapter but the story is worth reading.
Much better than some generic BS that has 5 stars from fake reviews.
The ugly:
Well the bad is not really bad but this is certainly not a novel for social justice warriors.
Harem - YES
Perverts - YES
Brutality - YES
Inappropriate sexual relations - YES
Anyway there is everything you can think off that some people might find trigger worthy. I don't mind since it's fiction and the setting of a story is in a world that is deeply flawed by our standard and the MC is not actively participating in anything too despicable. There is occasional murder or castration for no valid reason from the MC but... you have to keep up the appearances if you want to survive. Face slapping galore.
Anyway I wish the author will fix the early chapters as soon as possible and get as many depraved supporters as he deserves.
