- DragoonOfTheHearthRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0It’s always fun when someone takes up the mantle of the arcane arrow slinger. So far, I’ve found almost no grammar mistakes, while the style of writing makes sense and I find it easy to understand.
Of the story, all I have to say is: get ready for some gritty situations and some rather shutoff interactions with others. as well as we just reached the part where Suna(MC) becomes a proper spell-bow/magic archer.
One of the few nitpicks I have would be that it seems to be written with a conflict of interest between writing the best they can and putting out chapter on schedule, though the quality only deteriorates slightly from what you’d see from a story with a Patreon of backlog.
The characters are all well fleshed out and have their own emotions while retaining free will and character depth.

By the end of it, Suna has unwillingly chosen the Archer class, before being dropping into the tutorial phase along with the rest of the group.
So far, the story has been pacing along nicely, characters act realistically, information on the world is drip-fed nicely. Suna himself seems like he's building towards a pragmatic and ruthless MC. The “system” messages, skill trees, and runes feel coherent. Fights are legible and kinetic. Damage and motion translate well without confusion.
If I had to take issue with anything, it would be the few typos here and there. Otherwise, the prose is simple and delivers on what it sets out to accomplish.
Overall, the story excels in clear action, coherent worldbuilding, engaging fights. I like it!

If I were to point out in thing anything I that you could improve it would be the some grammar errors that appear sometimes.
Small spoiler/ nitpick I feel that suna's interaction with the other survivors In chapter 9 revealed a lot more about himself than was necessary considering his past interaction . - Pedro.LeviRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Sometimes on the first's chapthers it get difficult to understand what is happening, but I feel that thinggs are getting better on that end.
I like Suna. He is a good MC, and the autor is doing great whit him. He is a bit passive but that is understand able to a very introverted person , in fact if he was not passive I would think of that as bad characterization.
I hope that in the future Suna got slowly more assertive, not soon tought. Way later in the future, this type of change is something that takes time to occur.
It's too soon to give It five stars, in the future I will Review It again and adjust my rating.
I do recomend this novel to others. - Spanks101Royal Road★★★★ 4.0The story has potential to be good, even if it does come across as a bit generic.
My biggest gripe, however, is the grammar and a few other things...
- The author quite often decides to switch between past and present tense, sometimes in the same sentence, which really throws you off while reading.
- This one doesn't happen as often, but there are some words used that I hadn't heard of (and when I looked up, didn't even exist in the english language).
- The grammar as a whole just isn't great, you can generally figure out what is intended reading it altogether, but for me, that really disrupts your reading of something.
- This one isn't as big of a deal (and might just be me), but considering the author is writing this in the english language, some of the names just don't work... eg. when one of the characters got introduced mid-sentence, I didn't know straight away what was being said or even if it was a name, and then later on just didn't work reading it in a phrase.
Overall, would re-visit this and give it another try, but the author needs someone to give this a proper proof read and then re-write with corrections, as I struggled to enjoy it because of the above. - KoruscanRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5I just finished the first book.
The story is a classic set up of system integration.
The power system is based on rune acquisition a bit random but interesting enough
The characters are a classic sets of systems integree but quite enjoyable.
So far the story is filled with action and combat with character building.
Personally I won't continue to the next book, the story is nice but not spicy enough for me to swap one of my regular or add it to my tight schedule of reading but enjoy yourself fellas - Ren LeeRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5This is basically just another generic LitRPG on RR—which just so happens to be what a lot of people will keep looking for, so it's fine.
Regarding Grammar, it could benefit a lot from a few more editing runs before going live. I believe downloading something like Grammarly would do wonders, because there were a handful of times that wrong words were used.
Style-wise, I don't want to be overly critical of an obviously new writer. It obviously could use some work, since a lot of sentences just feels...awkward? Only time will improve this. And maybe reading some works from established authors?
The Story can't be judged too much because I reviewed this at ch20 and we're still at the "Tutorial" stage that is so prevalent in this genre. But some deeper lore has been hinted and I'd like to think that it'll be exciting. As for the power system, there's not much to be said as it is yet another level-based one with some minor changes.
Finally, we get to the Characters. So far, the only characters given some flesh is the MC, "The Warrior", "The Mage", "The Hunter", and "The Monk". After analyzing them, I can sense something deeper in their design. Well, some of them, at least...
The Warrior showed some initiative and cunning in the first chapter, but he ends up being a lilly-livered lad indeed. Quite disappointing. But I can sense that he's being set up for a redemption arc. Only time will tell.
The Mage is a compassionate young lady, as shown in the first chapter as well. Though she seems oddly attached/protective to the Warrior for no clear reason. Maybe she likes rugby players or has a bleeding heart for the traumatized?
As for the Hunter, I can't really say much for there is not much to her yet. The Monk, at least, seems to have gone through an adventure of his own.
All fine and dandy, brimming with potential character development. But the main character... is introduced as a jobless shut-in weeb—truly the triple combo of eternal virginity. However, despite the incapabili - MrFreakingSmileRoyal Road★★★ 3.0The over all story concept is fantastic, but the execution of it is lacking. The spelling and grammar need a little bit of improvement. The most glaring issue is the flow and cohesiveness of the story. Author I would recommend a story board and reading aloud before you submit. I hope you are able to fix some of the structuring issues soon.
- BloodprinceRoyal Road★★ 2.0I was interested in this story from the description and decided to check it out and while it has some good bones for a story I found it incredibly difficult to get through the writing, there's numerous issues suc as outright missing words from sentences entirely, sometimes even multiple words in a row which makes figuring out what's happening, that combined with misspellings and grammar issues makes it difficult to read.
I also found it incredibly difficult to follow along with the story and what characters were doing, trying to follow dialogue and who is speaking is practically impossible and distances in fights feel like they go back and forth, with enemies being tens of meters away to suddenly being in close quarters only to zip back to being far away enough for the MC to shoot at them again.
Dialogue between characters is just chaos aswell, nearly everybody the MC encounters aren't likable, and their actions don't feel like they make much sense either, it's incredibly difficult to precisely pick out what I don't like with interactions between people in this story, there just isn't any type of natural flow that makes them feel real, it feels much more like their simply props to advance or stall the story in various ways.
I'd love to continue reading this but I believe this really needs a major editing pass through, and possibly even a rewrite to make the writing feel much better because write now it honestly feels more like I'm reading a machine translated xanxia manwa where it's just spitting out the literal translations of words instead of actually translating the entire sentence in context
