Reigner’s Reincarnation
Community Rating
Description
By order of a king of the last surviving kingdom, Reigner was summoned to a world filled with magic, monsters, and classes. The dream of every RPG and video game enthusiast. The king soon dubbed Reigner as the Hero of The World, the last hope for humanity, and tasked him to conquer an apocalyptic tower that threatened to destroy the sole surviving city.
Excited to be in a world filled with magic, Reigner readily agreed, only to discover he had zero magical ability. Forced to rely on weapons and equipment, he could only watch with envy as everyone around him showed off their magic ability.
After twenty seven years the hero developed a grudge against the world and those who constantly rubbed their magical ability in his face. However, that did not stop him in his quest, as he felt duty bound to save the world.
When he finally reached the end of the tower he found an item that would change everything for him. A class change book that could give him access to the magic he so desperately craves. He had no idea that the change would also reset his level back to zero, undoing two decades of personal growth.

- keeganashleyliveRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Okay, I love this story. The premise is great, and the flow of the writing makes you just want to keep reading and reading! The first thing, however, that drew me in was the main character---quirky, funny, relatable and entirely human with no magic! His struggle feels so real as he wrestles, having a hard time with it all. As the story expands, we see his character expand too: his abilities, strength and all the stats...
I won't give away the story, but I will encourage you to check it out. It is clear the author has put a generous amount of time not only into writing and re-writing it, but, also, into the world. It's very thought out, and I noticed that the author is extremely open to comments and feedback as he mentioned he re-wrote entire portions of the story. If that isn't dedication, I don't know what is!
There were no glaring grammatical errors or anything that stopped me from wholly enjoying the story. I really loved the direct writing style and the use of occasional humor to lighten things up. I can’t wait to dive back in for more. It’s an instant ‘follow’ for me, and there are so many chapters to dive into. I will be following this story to the end. I hope you’ll give it a try too. Kudos to the author! - GlorybeeRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0As for someone who is a first timer in this Genre, I can tell that this author has a great potential. The story is understandable and very interesting.
I am not into reading honestly, only when I was in my teenage years. But with this book, it's Engaging..
It gives me a feeling of Curiosity, Excitement and Thrill. It surely isn't boring. Once I started reading, It's hard to stop.
It feels like I'm really there. I can see, feel, hear and sometimes even smell what the Author is describing.
Overall it's a great story. I know it's still ongoing but I'm too excited that I recommended it to my friends. Its a must read one !
A big Thankyou to the Author for releasing this one. Can't wait to finish the whole book.
Cheers !!! - Moon Wolf 96Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0A nice read that you can turn your brain off and enjoy.
The character is likeable and relatable at the same time. You get an explanation of what happened to him in a reasonable time frame and he isn't some timid boy who is in over his head.
Looking forward to seeing how the story will progress. - malinizgeldiRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0A thoroughly underappreciated novel. presumption. Therefore, the author published only 40 chapters in 1 year. I wish this eomana was in the trends and the author could find enough voices. Frankly, I won't go into the details of the novel. just immerse yourself in the novel and read it. By the way, I love the greenhouse, I wish we had seen more.
- TealiciousTeaRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Fun!
There are a few style errors but not anything that would affect the average RR reader, I believe. It is easy enough to read and that is all that matters.
The story is very engaging. A nice mix of fantasy, and reincarnation drama with developing character relationships. Our MC is a nice balance of having a defined personality and occupations but also relatable enough that many readers could self-insert themselves into the story. It is also wish fulfilment enough to be appealing but not so much as to be crass. A careful balance is struck to make for a fun read.
Again a few grammar errors, I pointed out one. But overall again the meaning is conveyed well enough. That is all that really matters. Small errors can be caught by readers and fixed.
It is hard to describe this story in one word. I guess dramatic is the closest but more in terms of plot/world than in character interactions. The latter is somewhat mellow. There is no melodrama to them but they are well defined and written.
Our MC is the most well defined in the early stages of this story. He is relatable and we can understand his motivations. There is a nice balance between internal conflict and external conflict. Not too much as to be niche but enough to form a gripping story. - librarysmilesRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0The main character wants magic, but magic doesn't actually want him back.
It's funny to read about the main character tossing weapons and semi-satisfying his craving for magic as he rationalizes "I'm casting a bolt of weaponry!".
The main character is amusing and has a complex background that slowly reveals itself. - BlapzappRoyal Road★★★ 3.0I'll prefece this with stating that I have thoroughly enjoyed this story UNTIL chapter 47. If curious why read the spoiler.
This chapter just turned a man soloing a tower nearly alone while political maneuvering hell scape he escaped from into a damned doormat! "Huh a map that lets you see absolutely everything and anything the person deems important? How could this possibly be useful or worth killing people over?"
THEN PERMANENTLY GETS RID OF IT CAUSE THE ROOKIE TEAM LEADER SAID SO.
Is he suddenly not just spent 20 damn years solo a tower to the top? How can he be so clueless and listen to someone he considers a child on a decision that could immensely benefit himself! Perhaps world changingly so for his allies!
This is immensely frustrating because why build up a character to be damaged but powerful and knowledgeable in tower stuff to just have him be a damn doormat? No wonder the story is basically abandoned.
3 stars because I have been immensely enjoying this story until now. The MC is fun and relatable and you see him have a lot of personality growth over the chapters and open up to trust people and the world building is absolutely amazing! The lore built up so far in the story is really interesting to boot. Sad to see it take a complete out of character u turn. - MrGrassRoyal Road★★★ 3.0This a fantasy sitcom. The Hero has a dark past, but who cares! Watch as the previous Hero gets bulled continuously, because who doesn't love repetitive depreciating humor. Don't get me wrong, the story is genuinely funny and has gotten a few chuckles and cheeky grins. But, it is trying a bit to hard to be funny, with a fair bit of it just causing me to groan in frustration.
The story feels like a slice of life with how easily side tracked and slow paced it is. The MC starts off strong with a clear image of his personality and goals. But the other characters don't have enough depth to be anything more than silly gags and plot devices. Maybe this will change in the future, but as of chapter 42, the MC is the only one who I can empathize with.
I really want to like the story, but it is trying to be too many things. I think this could be a five star story, but it just isn't my cup of tea.
PS: Grammar is good, only a few minor spelling and punctuation mistakes.
