There are many ways to become a ruler--noble intrigue, knightly merit, or flat out $$$$.  The author chose the knight route and that means starting the mc as a soldier slowly working his way up.  The OP cheat ability is unreliable and has limitations which effectively neuter mc, for better or worse.  So death and game over is a real possibility to keep the tension within the story.
Overall, I find the story entertaining and well written, so it deserves 5 stars in my view.

It is a very good story. Worth to read. Beautifully executed. The plot is good and grammar is excellent. I have only spotted a few typing errors but it happens. Nothing to take seriously. The main character is well fleshed out. As well as the other side characters. As for his one special ability, that is the main attracting thing. Infinite possibiliteis. Keep up the good work author. I hope you suceed.

I love the story so far. It's pulled me in and made me invested in the MC's successes and failures. The only real point of concern I have, and it seems many others have some variation of this as well, is that the MC might be advancing too quickly.
Without trying to spoil anything, I understand the reason why he is, but it does seem to grow incredibly rapidly for the story's progression. That said, maybe the stats in this universe are inflated/diluted than in other stories. Even with his incredibly rapid progression, he faces no shortages of characters that are leagues above him. It may be that he is progressing much faster in his world, but it isn't as fast as a reader like me is left to feel.
It might help that there be more of a sense of earning the growth as well rather than the rapid-fire screens that we see in the later chapters. But, I'm also not a writer, so just take my words from a reader's perspective. I don't know all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes.
As far as the other aspects of the story, I do like the increasingly complicated web of events, schemes, and plots happening in the background. I do feel like I am some commoner, previously unaware of the machinations of the nobility, just like the MC. Additionally, I would normally feel the trope of pompous nobility is a bit overused, but it does make sense in a world where they are legitimately superior to peasant class. So in that sense, it works well to me.

The characters are all engaging, the writing style brings you into the feel of a fairly dirty world, and the system is set up to help it feel exciting to see the MC grow each time. I'm enjoying it and it has really whet my appetite for more similar stories to boot.
It isn't perfect, of course. It takes a while to find its feet — until the advent of military conflict, by my reckoning. Though there's important setup and foreshadowing before that, it means that as of this writing the "good part" is barely the majority. That's not to say that the earlier parts aren't also interesting, but there are some different sorts of choices in early chapters. Some of those have later ramifications or plot holes that would require adjustment to early chapters to fix. Like, the protagonist picked up magic easily at first, and there's no real explanation why he hasn't picked up many more types of magic as easily. He also has a power on a one month timer which messes with the time scale. It feels like of it was a one year timer and the passage of time between chapters and parts of chapters was increased accordingly, the time frame would feel a lot more realistic to what's going on in the story, but that power as written now prevents significant timeskips.
Still, it has a very coherent setting, where it seems like just about every character (of which there are plenty) has some kind of plot or agenda, their own goals and loyalties. I'm not sure where the plot is going but it seems well planned out, and I'm sure it'll keep being enjoyable along the way.

So far the story is very interesting. With the ability to make new abilities (heh) has the potential to lead to absolute OP'ness later on, the MC isn't broken yet and still has struggles so it thankfully isnt a simple snoozefest of curbstomping all his enemies and we get to see some nice (albeit rather fast) progression of their abilities.
Would rate 5* but dont feel like there's enough content yet to give the story a proper analysis to justify it.
All in all of you want to read about an MC with potential to be op but still has that skill grind then this story will keep your attention.

Interesting premise and well written, but I can't stand Alden.
Without spoiling anything, Alden made a couple truly foolish decisions without seeming to learn anything from them and displayed terrible character.  If I wanted to read about someone being an asshole idiot, then I'd keep reading this story.
Maybe his character develops in a positive direction later, but I've already lost all interest in Alden as a character.

Its a great concept but was poorly executed, mc has a great start but completely screws himself over by being impatient, his power refreshes every month and the first power he got was a system nice.  Second power was extreme skill growth also nice but he went as a soldier on like his 2nd week in that world, like couldn't you wait a year get your best abilities sorted and then go adventuring or soldiering or whatever.  It feels like the author made the mc go into the army that early to artificially raise the stakes cause the mc is super weak because he has only been in the world for 2 weeks.

Not a very complex story. This isn't a deal breaker since some of the best stories are simple in nature but are executed very well. Unfortunately with how choppy the flow of the story is, the flat MC, and the mediocre grammar, the simplicity doesn't help at all. From how verbose the title is on top of it all, this feels like a rough translation from a foreign LN.
Besides all that, there's some fun to be had. Clear antagonistic elements that our MC has to overcome, be it from working with this new environment to trying to get recognition that seems hard to come by.
But all this power fantasy falls apart with how bonkers the MC's cheat skill is. Overpowered MC can still be interesting depending on context but this story's narrative really hinges on the MC's struggle to be engaging. Take that away and I had no more fun reading this story.
Just to give context of how broken the MC's cheat is:
He gets to have a permanent law defying enhancement for himself every month. And he somehow gets random benefits on top of it since his requests are not helpful enough.
One such random benefits is a loyalty meter when he looks at allies. Such a large and interesting complex topic summarized down into a number...
Nothing stops the MC from just sitting around and acquiring godhood with no work.
From when I stopped the story, there doesn't seem to be any antagonist in the shadows that'll make this story interesting who can keep up with our MC's cheat power progression.

Novel started out okay.  Typical MC the first few chapters, uses his brain, has ambition and goals.  Once MC becomes a soldier everything went down the drain.  He all suddenly becomes a naive idiot, who can't act like a soldier, and falls in love with someone he barely knows plus on top of that is willing to kill for her.  MC is just a weak idiot at this point and thinks he's a big shot, make note, a knight can easily kill him. There are several paths MC could have taken to become strong and powerful, and becoming a soldier is diffintly not the right one.
