Description

This is the story of an unlucky individual named "Tobias Oliver Stone" but goes by Toby. Toby was having a day just like any other, when someone broke into his apartment. He tried to do everything they wanted him to do, but they still killed him. Something grabbed his soul at the last second and said they were giving him an opportunity to keep living in another world and told him they would even give him a System to help keep him alive, It was a trick however, they had sent him to a dangerous area, and the system would indeed keep him alive by sending him back in time whenever he died.

Can Toby survive this cruel world, can he get strong enough to fight those who would seek to harm him? Can he become strong enough to face even the gods themselves? Probably not, but it will be interesting to see him try.

Notes: The Cover image and Synopsis are Temporary, this is my first time writing a novel, so constructive criticism would help a lot. This is a story I will be writing whenever I have the time and motivation, and if I end up dropping it, I will post a chapter stating that I am dropping it. The story is fine. The plot and characters are fine. Only real issue is the flow and writing. Violates the “show don’t tell rule”, but only sometimes. Most of the chapters, pretty good. For example, chapter 3. Great chapter, but is kinda short and doesn’t advance the plot much, but it does establish how Toby can escape loops. There’s also missing puncuation occasionally, but that’s not very important. Overall, has potential, just not exceptional yet.
