So far, it's a good overpowered main character story.
The pov sections give good insight into the world and how others see the MC without going too long, the main character is utterly absurd and has a fun personality, and the world has faces that need slapped.
The writing quality is solid; I don't think I've found a single error so far, and it flows well.
Just a solid example of the sub genre.

Wilbur is condescending, AND THATS GOOD I love it he's so done with human interaction and everything lol I wasn't expecting much but this is my new favorite for now read this it's great Wilbur is such a great character I want more uh I'm bad at reviewing but trust me it's a good reading. The opening scene with the heroes party is peak. And um the grammar is fine, the story has good plot so far l, the writing style is witty and not remnicent of AI at all uh did I mention Wilbur is bad at buying real estate.

Fun story with a one punch man style of humor. Solid amount of focus on the main guy with decent prose while still taking advantage of character's pov.  Side characters could use a bit of work tho as they are a bit flat.
9.5/10 would waste my day reading again

There is a bunch of fun stuff here, but the side characters are unfortunately dull. As in they aren't very intelligent. Which unfortunately makes reading through character interactions tedious instead of fun. This is exasperated because literally everyone reacts in the same manner.
There is a bunch of potential here, don't get me wrong, but it could use a decent amount of polish to be really enjoyable.
Wilbur is kinda fun, but for someone who doesn't like interacting with people he sure is bad at making that clear. Because he can be direct.
Anyway, I would recommend potential readers to give this story a chance. But maybe wait until there are a couple more chapters out

For me OP MC stories are compelling because we get the sense that the OP takes certain things for granted that we all might struggle to achieve. That adds an interesting layer of inquiry into the life of someone who needs to find meaning beyond achieving the ability to push back against the world.
Wilbur is OP and he gloats about it. It feels mean spirited and haughty. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
