The Haunting of Xene

Baek Nephrios is used to being nothing—a bottom-tier F-Rank in a world where the System dictates your worth. Bullied at school, ignored at home, his only escape is the online haven he shares with six other outcasts: fellow F-Ranks who laugh about their misery by joking they should start a cult.

But Xene is hungry. The more they use its gifts, the more it rewrites them. Loyalty becomes obsession.
