For the overview, the MC is a man with a string manipulation ability that goes through a lot of tragedy girlfriend dies, getting brutalized by his schoolmates. He trains hard using his weak string ability to do what he can despite it.(In fact I LOVE his string ability, I even just a little bit wish that the string ability was the only one and he just grew with that) And after a crazy battle he gains the SSS rank ability Ability Production, that essentially allows him to be a master of abilities. Able to grant, take, modify, downgrade and upgrade them.The abilities are basically super powers with everyone who awakens getting one ability with an inverse relationship between versatility and strength. And the ability can grow, although I'm not sure if you can upgrade in rank. The MC is a vigilante who essentially goes around and murks corrupt or evil heroes in order to take their abilities.
Style:The Style is very good but frankly it's not very original, the story feels kinda like a vigilante Deku fanfic where he has the all for one quirk. But frankly there's a reason MHA succeeded it's style is very fun and his is too.
Story:He has a very good world around him, and hints at the future with his idea of making a villain agency to take down the government. But it's still in it's infancy so I have no idea where the story will go.
Grammar is good. In fact better than mine own!
Character. I really like the MC's downtrodden but still determined character, the earlier chapters do a good job to show just how beaten down the MC is, while also showing his ingenuity with his string ability in the creative ways he uses it. And the determination to keep on going when so much has been done to him. The MC is quite smart having plans for the future that are creative and interesting. And above all else the MC is very easy to root for. The other characters so far haven't gotten any depth, but considering it's been only 66 pages, and the MC has moved around too much to get settled it's es

It started with an interesting enough premise, but I can't say I'm enjoying the direction the writer is taking in the story.
Already, the MC is treading pretty close to villain territory.
Story direction aside, the grammar is okay, but the real downside comes from the storytelling. There's no real attention to detail. The reader isn't given many impressions of how characters look, act, react, etc. To me, at least, the pathos is just minimal. It just isn't all that good.
