Nathaniel’s life was going well. He had a family that cared for him, and a job that fulfilled him. He didn’t’ think anything would go wrong, until one day, he finds himself transported to another world. Nathaniel alongside four others were summoned as heroes to protect the continent of Everhall under the banner of the Gilbrant Kingdom. Each of the heroes were bestowed with legendary ranked talents, and heroic classes to aid them in their fight. Unfortunately, no one sees Nathaniel’s class as heroic.

Nathaniel was bestowed with the never-before-seen Inventor class, an intelligence-based crafter class. To make matters worse his talents are Innovation, a talent that make inventing new items easier, and Intuition, a talent that bestows knowledge. With a crafter class and non-combat talents, the nobles of Gilbrant don’t see Nathaniel as a legendary hero. All except for Ophelia, the kingdom’s oracle.

Trials and tribulations await Nathaniel as he navigates life in this new world, and he must find a way to utilize his class and talents to prove himself worthy, but time is not on his side. The monstrous Horde, a loose alliance of monsters from Pa’palla, are invading from the west and have taken the land bridge. Not to mention, the demons of Zechriel have stationed their flying castles on Everhall’s northern shores to better prepare for further expansion. Nathaniel must set aside his doubts and fears, and embrace his burdens to become the Inventor Hero.

The grammar is great. I do have some problems with parts of the sentence structure, but they are negligible.
The characters in the major part of the beginning chapters of the fiction come out shallow. However, the author has been making sure that they are fleshed out later on. You can continue reading with that hope, enjoying the chapters for their interesting story.

The grammar needs some attention though, mainly the correct use of punctuation, outside of that, you have perfectly nailed dialogue conversations and third person POV's and you know how to separate paragraphs, only a few writers pay as much attention to proper writing as you do! And I also need to congratulate you on hearing our edit corretions :D
The harem is a very cute one, raila is my favorite character so far lol, tomboyish style.
Keep up with the good work partner! This story has taken my interest! I beg you to nit let me down!

its awesome, i like the the concepts used, its a refreshing take on the fantasy genre i hope author succeeds .The story is good so is the world building, the way author has used the crafting class and its impact on the world is ingenious, i always wanted a story that looks into the crafting class in depth. I hope people give it a try its fun to read also.

Trigger warning: This story takes place (so far) in a kingdom that has unfair monopolies, racism and slavery. And slavery and mutilation predicated on the basis of race.
What the romance has going is real romance along with LITRPG. And the hero does not get a harem just because he is a hero. He rescues his slaves from some pretty horrible situations and invests his blood, sweat and tears into them. They have a family vibe not a master slave one.
The other males start out as typical jocks but show some signs of improvement.

Trials of the Inventor is a good story so far. It does follow the typical 'heroes summoned to new world to fit evil', but it is a fun trope. I especially like that the focus of the hero isn't fighting.
My only complaint is that there aren't enough chapters yet! Keep up the good work, Author

Perhaps if it’s rewritten this could be one of the best crafting stories on the site. However, as it is now, it’s just terribly disappointing. The idea is amazing yet the story and characters fall short in ever way possible.
The mc lets everyone walk over him constantly. The author tries to write him as intelligent but fail spectacularly. Why? Because the authors way of making the mc seem “smart” is to make every other person completely braindead. Of course the mc is going to come off as a genius when you make every other character(besides the MCs group members) have the intelligence of a 4 year old.
The crafting part of the story is actually enjoyable. But of course gets ruined by the terrible characters and almost as bad plot. It’s hard to enjoy the story when I’m constantly annoyed by the idiotic decisions every other character makes. There is no scheming, there is no plotting or planning. It’s simply, “Do as we say or we smack you with our swords.”
The author tried to make the kingdoms “ultra militaristic” and uses that as their reasoning for despising crafted classes. This is probably the worst reason to give😂. Even in the most militaristic societies, crafters were revered. Especially those who made your weapon of war. Without them you wouldn’t be able to strike down your enemy. So using that as the reason falls short in every way possible. If the world was so militarized as the author makes it seem, then those who can make weapons of war would nearly be on the level of lower end nobles in the social ladder.
My biggest gripe though is how the author has written nobility. Nobles are almost always schemers. Yet only one noble family has even attempted(or saw the potential) to use the mc for themselves. It makes zero sense. Now I’m not expecting every noble to be a Tywin Lannister, but this is ridiculous. They are all completely braindead, and the author writes the “common” people as being far more intelligent than nobles. Of course there are nobles who are comple
