- Reborn-kunRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0I want to get this off my chest because I never really understood nor am a big fan of human x vampire romance fiction. Don't get me wrong, I am fairly confident about the story plot, but the logical flaw is the pairing itself. It baffles me how vampires conveniently forget that humans have way shorter lifespans than themselves, who are almost immortals in these types of fiction. Personally, I'd stay the heck out of human relationships (in the romantic sense) if I was a vampire. Thinking about how I had to watch someone I love dearly grow old rapidly and wither off while I barely change is a frightening concept that most novels of this genre ignore or take for granted. I am starting right now, so I hope yours addresses this to a certain degree.
