General Xinyue had been on the battlefield for years before she first met General Yichen, the Crown Prince of the Long Kingdom. After both battling against each other, they meet once again, on the same side. Due to a conspiracy and circumstances out of both of their control, the two separate. Only to meet years later. This time Xinyue as a representative of the Wu Kingdom, and Yichen as the Crown Prince of Long. The Crown Prince of Long is searching for a bride, and the Princesses of Wu are to compete as candidates for his wife, guided by Xinyue. However, there seems to be something wrong throughout the kingdoms. Something, or someone, is messing with the kingdoms and the magic cultivators present throughout the land. With the past they shared, as well as the present political challenges, Xinyue and Yichen work together to improve their kingdoms and to fight against evil.
