Description

Hundreds of years after the war that decimated the earth, humanity has risen again. Fortified within their Gate Cities where strength is equivalent to glory, society prospers once more.

But not everyone dreams of killing monsters for a living.

An art content live streamer had his life set. His professional dreams were within arm’s reach and his personal life couldn't have been sweeter.

And then Life reminded him how great it was at chucking wrenches.

Overwhelmed, hollowed, and at the brink of shattering, a young man channels his extreme emotions and creates something extraordinary. A masterpiece that even the gods could not deny echoes its birth throughout the multiverse, immortalizing his name forever.

And attracted the attention of an ancient cosmic force.

Serendipitously gaining an opportunity that countless powerful reality shattering existences strive for eras to attain… gets kind of awkward at parties.

But real recognizes real.

Demigods and ancient beings, masters of powerful forces and manipulators of creation’s laws, collectively marvel at a mortal child’s craftsmanship.

For while lesser beings may call their works ‘magic’ and ‘miracles,’ the first real Magic many of these cosmic entities ever encountered came not from the heavens, but from this humble sculptor.

Now in a stupidly high position a live-streamer had no business being in, learning scary secrets he didn’t want to hear, and given privileges he never dreamed of, Jun Hopper reluctantly sets out to fix some problems.

Like a potential second global invasion of nightmare monsters.Or the spirit of the planet dying and taking out all life with it.You know, stuff a live-streamer should be doing. The hell…

this story is so good. The worldbuilding is honestly insane.the protagonist is personified chadness and opness, but he is still likable and not two dimensional.I love the power system of runes and the wider multiverse .The comedy also made me chuckle at times.
I also love the idea of Paths, and the literal infinite ways you could reach godhood.

What amazing world building. We are first met with a scene that seems strange to the modern day, and yet wholly familiar. A sculptor, live-streaming his sculpting, and yet humanity has already collapsed and lives in walled cities to protect themselves from what roams the dark between. What a fantastic blend of post-apocalyptic humanity with the modern day. Absolutely wonderful. Finally, combine those with a fresh new take on Xianxia and this is one of the most creative and refreshing fictions I have read in a long time. Keep up the great work.

Excellent start. Interesting setup, emotional beginning, good draw to keep you wanting to read more. The sculpting and emotions surrounding it make for a great hook, I can't wait to see more of that. I've always felt sculpting to be such an emotion-laden labor, and the author has done a great job of bringing that out. Can't wait for more! Thanks for writing!
Definitely something to keep your eye on!

I have never read a novel about crafting as  good as this. I didn't expect much from this novel initially, but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. I hope the author comes out of hiatus soon. So, about the novel: The pacing is slow, but not tedious. There are fascinating characters that has good depth. The MC is strong but many are stronger than him. He is fallible, but capable of growth and maturity.

This is an interesting story that follows the sculpter and artist Jun Hopper in a world that was recovered after an apocalyptic monster invasion that knocked humanity back in development, but that also allowed humanity to progress a new way. In a world where people value strength, Jun wants to bring back a bit of the artistic culture humanity has forgotten.
There is an interesting cast of humorous characters and a well developed world.

First, I'd like to say how I love this story so far. The progression is slow at first but interesting, and the story is engaging for what it is.
I think the MC's emotional journey is well written and relatable, and I like how the drama is so character driven with the emotions of the surrounding characters embellishing, rather then detracting.
I do wonder about the missing 'romance' tag based on how some of the characters were introduced.
The world building is pretty cool, a kind of postapocalyptic urban hunter theme opening up into cross-dimensional travel in the latest chapters.
Body cultivation seems to be the main cultivation game so far with runes playing a major role in the story, but with plenty of room opened up for other kinds of cultivation. It feels like it's going in a 'pioneering' direction and I kind of hope it goes hard that way.
I like how much the MC's art seems to be playing into the story so far, and I think if it's handled how I hope, I'll have found my new favorite novel here.
My only gripe of the story is that some of the pacing seems a little wonky and can get kind of wordy but nothing a good editor can't fix. I still like it. Definitely recommended.

The story is great and all, but there’s some excess of other POV’s in my opinion. Which is okay to a certain point, since Big Shot type stories like this depend on them to make it more dynamic, but it also can become quite repetitive.
I’d say I’d like even more interaction with the MC, whether direct or indirect, and to try and redistribute the characters side stories. Mainly because they cluster the pace of the story.
Otherwise is a very good story. I’d really recommend it. And as I said, is a minor problem that shouldn’t discourage anyone from reading it. The world building is great, although there’s superposition between the “Letter Ranks” (F-S) and the cultivation realm names that doesn’t go that well explained, it’s not damaging to the experience.
Also, obviously more sculpture. Really love that part of the story. Especially in the beginning. Way more than the regular cheats and gifts and all that.
Also, I get that since the MC is aware of his own overpowerness the story needs to be told from other perspectives to not be “Oh yeah, and I used my resources and influence and everything was solved because I’m the best” which is why many similar stories just has them being unaware. I think maybe the story takes inspiration from like “I’m not really the Demon god lackey” or “I’m a cultivator Bigshot” or smt and it should be good if most of the cheats/gifts are sculpture or insight based like in the beginning. Maybe It would be nice to have the Mc work with increasingly valuable materials since it would make sense he was gifted some as a sculptor, and go through the usual process from that. It’s just that personally it gets a little tiring to have the MC go into the background for prolonged amounts, it makes the pacing be wonky, even if the secondary characters are pretty good.
