So far so good! Very interesting and the story took some turns with the stepmom. I can see the father possibly getting jealous of his son/daughter over the relationship the stepmother wants to have with his son/daughter can’t wait to see if I’m wrong though.
Side note looks like the book is saying Huan can have children with other women since she is a woof blood line and the gift the gods granted the women of the clan when the men had to leave… hmm we shall see who she has a kid with maybe the stepmother and the princess ….now that would be a real twist …. The wife can’t pond the baby off as her husband’s since he is never there to actually help with that endeavor aka getting her pregnant… lol can’t wait for more! I’m just spit balling random ideas of how the story could progress. What’s going to happen when they find out Huan is a woman… I feel like they will all still like her just the same the 1st princess might have even more plans for her! Also the wolf grandmother/ancestor said the king isn’t fit to rule anymore. Maybe we are building up to where the 1st princess may be able to rule.
Very random but I can see the 1st princess having Huan father killed for her if he is not accepting that his kid actually died awhile ago and he has been hosting a different child for all these years… crazy work! Plus it would be to her advantage anyway. Then she can really train her little puppy/wolf into a good boy who is ready to kill and slay at just one word from her.
