The title was the feeling I had of the story while reading it, and that is a very good thing!
Sorin, our nice MC, isn’t going around grasping in the dark for what he needs to do, how to progress and how he can be more efficient. Dude already knows that, he went from 0 to 100 and he is about to do it again.
It has a fresh take on the regressing theme, because he is in a different place. Sure he has his knowledge that will help him in getting stronger faster and in how he can develop but the place he is in is totally different, it has the similar rules, if not the sale, but at the same time it's a different place with the same rules.
And that means that so far in the available chapters Sorin isn’t the lone wolf that is overpowering people left and right, he needs help from others currently. Maybe that can change in the future or not, but now he needs help from others and that leads us to side/supportive characters.
And oh boy, I like them. Do remember in the blurb that is mentioned “Surrounded by strangers in a strange city” so he has no allies when the story starts which means he needs to make a bond with strangers to survive those initial days in a strange land and because of that his maybe allies have a natural relationship with Sorin where they rely on each other but aren’t telling him their bank’s password and account number.
And in another break from tropes, he is honest with people he wants to bond. He doesn't spill everything but he doesn’t try to hide the fact that he is a trove of knowledge or even that he is a veteran fighter and a good asset to have around.
Overall this is quite the exciting story with a very unique MC, dude had all his life achievements reset and stolen from him and out of spite he is about to do it all again.

I like how the main character is overpowered from the point of view of experience but balanced against the world he is in by lack of resources preventing his encounters from being trivial.   I am really liking being able to read a new chapter each day.  The chapters are short but frequent and I am really enjoying the story.  I even went and looked up other work by the same author and I am enjoying those too.

It is still early in the story but so far it is going well.  This is one of the best set of early chapters that I’ve read on this site. I’m feeling confident that this story is going in a good direction. It will be interesting how the group dynamics play out and if the team stays together or if their interests push them apart.

This is one of the only series I literally read the second the chapter is out.it is a solid piece of fiction, incredibly entertaining, great cast of characters, magic system is great, those damn cliffhangers just keep you wanting for more.honestly the only bad thing about this series is that it isn’t 500 chapters in yet.

My issue is I have to wait for the next issue. I like the world and the concept. Above all I love the magic system. The fact that he’s a true dedicated swordsman is just the cherry on top. 10 out of 10 for me personally. I look forward to seeing this ragtag crew’s journey continue

Solid writing with a great cast of characters, basically it’s a rpg romp to get behind.the storyline is competent all the characters are believable. The story is entertaining and although the plot meanders and there no sudden power ups but this is an escape from too many tropes . I do like the tower climbing something that is quite difficult to write well . They have achieved that

    .
The story's pretty good, though what really stands out compared to other regressor stories is that things do make actual sense.
The Main Character is op within reason and even though he's very knowledgeable, said knowledge is limited, reasonble and not as all encompassing as stuff other regressor stories regularly pull off.
The mystery aspect related to the Main Character's past was nicely incorporated into the story.
I also like the dynamic between the current main cast, where Sorin's actually thinking about leaving the first few youngsters he's encountered instead of randomly and with little to no reasoning uplifting them with his knowledge. He's probably still going to end up with them, but the point is that people and especially the Main Character seem to act like actual human beings with basic reasoning capabilities. (For example, the main cast is actually suspicious about our regressor Mc and doesn't trust him. Which is entirely valid imo)
All in all, I enjoy what's here and will read more of it in the future.

Great book! Just got caught up right as book 1 was ending. Takes some inspiration from other types of stories but adds its own nice twist to everything. Can not wait to see where the book goes from here. Definitely assuming it speeds up a little bit moving forward as it seems like there’s a long way to go. But hey, I do love me longer stories (10+ books) as opposed to just a few. Especially in worlds I like to read about.

The story is captivating and original. The magic system is unique and the premise is intriguing (even though stories avout recursion/isekai are a dime a dozen, this take on the genre is truly original). So far, my only gripe is that the story seems to be a bit rushed and could use a bit of a slow-burn break once in a while to break up the pace. Can't wait to see what happens next. Thanks for the great work!

I signed up for Royal Road due to book 3 of Duskbound.  I wanted to support this author after binge reading Duskbound the last 2 days.  I am liking this story as an interesting take on LitRPG.
I also enjoyed his Kieron series through Kindle Unlimited.
I will now compose my soul in patience to wait for more chapters
