Somewhere out there, in the great expanse of space and time, exist the Fabled Islands. Nobody knows how or why they exist, but only that it is a strange and special place that operates under laws separate from the universe.

The Fabled Islands are made up of vast floating continents. They vary in size, with some ranging from the surface area of a small planet, to a star. If you look at them from afar, you would find that they are placed in a line. Each island is separated by a vast amount of space, so there is only one way to travel from one island to the next; a gateway on the edge of the island.

Each island is governed by strange rules. The only thing they share in common, is that the rules are governed by the System. The rules change vastly from one island to the next, so you must quickly adapt.

Tristan was raised on the first island, Fertility Island, and has finally been allowed to become a Brave; a respected profession throughout the islands. Fertility Island is a peaceful island. There are hardly any monsters, the land is fertile, and the people kind.

This is the complete opposite of what Tristan wants.

Bring on the monsters! Bring on the magical items! I want adventure, loot, and to put my life on the line! Where are the dungeons, caverns, and mountains to be explored? Where is the mythical equipment to be found? The next island? Then the next island I will go!

His adventure begins now.

    Ok so this review is far from being an advanced one because I'm at work right now but I can definetey say that this story is fun to read and the author shows great promises. I'll edit when I have time with a more in-depth review, like all other stories I'm reading 'cause it's long overdue.

    I read Desire, the other story by this author, and I can say that this one has improved by a substantial margin. I absolutely love the concept. It's a truly unique twist on the LitRPG genre, and although there are a few holes that exist (such as how could people grow if they are born on a later island and have to deal with extremely powerful enemies?), it holds up and promises to be entertaining as the characters progress.
    Of course there are a few flaws, such as the characters being relatively simple in personality, Sophia being annoying at times(but that comes with having an OP main character being held back by a companion), and the character interactions sometimes seeming slightly stale, but overall I'm enjoying the story. It's always quite enjoyable to watch an author grow. Thanks for writing!
    Short Version: One of the best concepts I've heard of, and an author that is constantly improving. A few flaws, but overall a very fun and enjoyable read.

    decent story really like the system and the world so far but the story is made considerably worse by the characters almost anything they do and say feel unrealistic and needs a lot more work. from what i have seen from reviews on the authors other works biggest complaint there was characters as well so as long that the author works on that and get better could be great

    Up to ch 54
    World building was done decently. The story is alright, although so little has been revealed. I recently read a confrontation in this fiction. Apparently, the guy was a bad guy so they beat him up. Afterwards it was revealed he wasn't so bad, so everyone walked away happy. This was what I thought of the whole ordeal. It's a pretty simple story. The way the protagonists have been solving things so far have been to just beat stuff up. It's a pretty decent read but don't expect a masterpiece.

    The premise of the story is good but the characters themselves are very flawed in their behavior and the system itself seems flawed as it progresses.
    The main characters are constantly saying they have done one thing or want to achieve one dream but then do things that should obviously keep them from following their dreams. For instance the female companion says she wants to be a great brave but doesn't get all the achievements and experience from the first islands. And the mc says he went through all this grueling training with his grandpa but later on says he is only so skilled with the sword cause he got bored of it after a while.
    As for the system it doesn't make sense because starting from a lower island should make you stronger than those on later islands cause of the extra stats but the mc faces someone who came back from a further island and gets utterly trashed because he somehow has higher stats.

    It's a litrpg with a kinda neat premise. The writing is alright and the grammar seems fine. Story is kinda cool from what I have read, but I would need to go on KU to check it out and see if it is worth it. The MC seems to be raised by a hidden master and was kinda trained by him. It's a troupe I have seen done before, but it can be done well.
