Often referenced simply as theThe Great BookorThe Epic, these are the stories of grand figures, princesses and adventurers, sorcerers, jinni and lesser men. These oral traditions and penned works have and continue to emanate from the greatest empire the world has ever seen; these are the stories, of the Esteemed Culture—collected into the tome known asThe Epic Sword & Sorcery Entertainments of Ashahnai.

Author's Note:This series, with a folktale bent and inspired by theOne Thousand and One Arabian Nightswill feature stories that differ in length, style and tone, and may carry at times a literary quality. At it's heart, this series is an epic fantasy with interconnected stories of romance, sword-and-sorcery, and every other genre under the sun, that all come together to form a cohesive whole--however, the individual stories are and will be written to be enjoyed on their own.
