Since I haven't experienced The Witcher franchise, I'll evaluate this solely as a Youjo Senki fanfiction—and it delivers.
The novel hits several parts of Tanja's personality which many other fanfictions fail to grasp. She is unhinged, militaristic, and sometimes psychopathic, while also being obedient to authority.
She is both "loved" and feared by her teammates for her achievements, while also not realizing how abnormal her ruthlessness is. It's as if everyone starts clapping and Tanja is the only one in the room who does not realize why they are clapping.
She prefers a peaceful desk job and still lands on the front line.
All of these traits require misunderstandings, bad luck, or Being X.
    This novel nails those.

Well worth a read, even if you are not interested in the fandoms itself.

Firstly, I really like this fanfiction. It's not just a good fanfiction, it's a really good story. You don't really need to know both fictions, but it does help a bit with the story, especially if you know "The Wichter".
The characters and their motivations are easy to understand and well developed. I like how Tanya's political manoeuvring is portrayed. Or maybe I should say how it's misunderstood as political manoeuvring. Either way, her general goals and motives are portrayed well. I really hope this story keeps going, because I think it's probably one of the most interesting premises I've read in ages.
I don't really want to get into specifics and ruin the story, so if you're still reading, just go ahead and read the story.

    This is good and enjoyable.
The writing is more then fine.
Tanya is one of the best characters and the Witcher is a great and interesting world.
Tanya interactions with other characters and the world is done well and make things intriguing.
This story is also slight more focused on making Tanya use magic for more then just making herself a killing machine.
Really interesting and I want more
    I recommend it.
The only notable thing to bring up is that Tanya is a little naive about the world thanks to restrictive upbringing.
Now to bring up some point. Most of which are resolved or stops being noticeable at chapter 10. I only bring these up to encourage people to not be turn away from the start. Also I would not call these actually faults or a hindrance to the reading, With all of them able to be resolved by slight editing.
    - It's slightly wasteful with words/details. Basically more words are used than its needed. It's not really a problem and it smooths out as soon as the story picks up speed, but it adds to the other points. A early example would be more than once pointing out that the man under the door was gone instead of just noting down once or at the end.
    - At the same time that it is wasteful with words, it's also not using enough. It not detailed with, well, details. What does a spell do beyond its name? where is a kingdom and what is their names and details? What's the average capabilities of a knight or any man? How does the MC look like? And more
Basically details that gives life to the world. Now, this is half good since it avoids info dumps.  But it basically expects knowledge of the source material to a low degree to have a smooth experience. For me it works fine looking up the information. But it's a hindrance before the story picks up speed. This might be related to a plot point, at least for the detailed information. But when Tanya uses a spell or says it name its purpose and effect would be good to mentioned and then never brought up again.
    Now to a im

This does what every good Tanya the evil fanfic needs to do: have her make reasonable decisions while everybody wildly misconstrues her intentions, then have Tanya wildly misconstrue their reactions.  Insert a couple horrific war crimes in the name of efficiency, a few terrified normal people, and you have a good fic. This fic does that perfectly and has everything escalates from there. *Chef's kiss*

Tanya is a character like Taylor Hebert. Sociopathic, perhaps a psychopath, and incredibly logical. Because she holds herself to a standard of reciprocity, her violence is not capric orious cruel, it is always justified and therefore satisfying.
The trope that Tanya has a deranged smile is also played to great effect in this story.
It is also amusing how she misread situations in such a manner as to always throw herself into maximum conflict. This story is very humorous and highlights the least depressing elements of the Witcher universe.

A lot of Youjo Senki fanfictions use Tanya as a convenient isekai protagonist without really understanding why people love her so much as a character. This story does not fall into this trap. Tanya's personality is consistent both in the story and with the canon characterization, while being just as fun to read.

The writing flows really well, love how this blends Witcher with an isekai from an anime I turned off after five minutes - the most glaring issue, that of Tanya being a little girl with an annoying voice, is fixed here.
MC is perfect in her role, the lore of the Witcher universe is utilised to it's fullest potential, with an almost religious attention to detail.
And at the end of the day it's just a great read overall.

You like The Witcher? Then you will like this story. The world feels accurate and the characters feel like the ones you would see in the books or games
You like The Saga of Tanya the Evil? Then you will enjoy the main character interacting with the world and people of The Witcher series.
Just a good story even if you know nothing of either of these sources, it is still a easy to understand and enjoy story.

If you have enjoyed either of the settings, you are likely to enjoy this masterpiece. The setting has had no immersion breaks and I have put a good amount of time to both original settings. Mind, you do not need any prior knowledge to follow the story.
Classic Tanya misunderstandings and shenanigans combined with a cast of canon and original characters make each chapter a treat to look forward to.
