- Saint RobinsonRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5The protagonist of this story starts out as a recent graduate with a brand new engineering degree. They're hardworking and talented, but aren't able to find a job due to their appearance. They're aimless, lonely, and increasingly desperate, which is why they're willing to apply for a job on an alien spaceship.

The story so far is a slow-burn, gentle slice of life, as Zzrk gets to know their new crewmates and starts to redefine their species' place in the universe. While not too much has happened yet in the way of overarching plot, the characters, mood, and style are well-defined and engaging.

Very valid choices, and keep the story from bogging down, but does seem like a missed opportunity at times.
Grammar: No notes. Impeccably written.
Characters: Zzrk and their perspective is delightful and unique. The ali
