Description
Kori is the half-human daughter of a nobleman and the female demon who raped him. After performing an act of heroism, Kori is accepted into the Royal Castle. At this time a wolf demon and its werewolf minions threaten the entire realm. Can Kori defeat a demon worse than her birth mother? This story tells how Kori finds new family, new love and new troubles in the world of Royalty.
The following summer, Kori is scheduled to return to the Royal Castle, but evil is once more at work in their land! Kori and her uncle Rudolph must fight the Swarm - evil cultists who are followers of the Lord of the Flies.

Tainted Bloodline - TrystanRoyal Road★★★ 2.5While author shows some promise, I have to say that they have a lot to work on. Especially character interactions, which are abnormal. Characters are not really a characters in this work, but rather appear to be simply devices that don't act because of their own personalities, but rather in order to further the plot.
The way relationship was established between Kori and her sister made me question whether the author ever saw how humans interact. Two people who don't know one another don't just suddenly out of nowhere become fully trusting and open to one another siblings. Even if their personalities are friendly, there will be some initial awkwardness they need to overcome. Especially given the context of story and especially on Kori's side, since she is thrown into 'new world', it's to be expected that there would be some time before she fully opens.
Everyone is too accepting of Kori. Now, I am not talking about sister, but rather background characters. In societies with nobelity exists, bastard-offsprings, and in this case even half demon who grew outside of noble society would be treated as lesser, so for her to be accepted by other noble ladies that easily is unreal.
And while premise of the story is niether too bad nor too good, poor character interactions make reading this story challenging and not very enjoyable experience.

Note to author: I advise you to try to gain more experience with character interactions. Were you to fix this problem, I believe you would be able to make a good story, as this appears to currently be your great weakness.
