The year 1934 the state called Totonia was forced to retreat in the war and lost 60% of its territory in the war, demoralised and always losing wars, Totonia was at war with three states, Hangolia from the north (with a high labour force, always has enough soldiers and has enough resources, a strong opponent) Jonnog from the west (less labour force but they have a lot of resources, so they have a lot of money but militarily they are much weaker than Totonia, The only thing that keeps it afloat is the pressure from the other two states on Totonia, it just has too many naval crews) Avvarya in the south-east (they have a lot of troops but are a bit behind technologically, they have almost no navy and air force, their harbours are protected by Jonnog who in return gives them military support, the army still uses cavalry but they still perform well in the field) they all have in common: they usually supply resources, equipment and supplies by sea, in order to gain an advantage in the field, Totonia build 40 submarines to sink cargo ships and call the submarines Wolfs, their purpose is to sink cargo ships as much as possible and to sink destroyers and other warships when possible.
