So the story is...
Let's back up. The premise is that during a System apocalypse event, Lilly got trapped inside a dimensional bubble dungeon-type thing (think Villager Three). Eternal youth, everything trying to kill her, and a lot of time to fuss with magic meant that she created a lot of spells.
Though, she herself didn't really have access to the System, so she ended up doing all the mana manipulation and spell smithing manually. That's what makes her a Sage of Humanity. There's a loophole where humans suck at magic and the System couldn't really fix it, except with the spells that Lilly created. Eventually though, Lilly gets out after like a century, and it's a weird post-modern magical fantasy post-post-apocalypse world. She's insanely wealthy, terribly depressed, has high social problems, and is a tremendously knowledgeable and powerful mage. Some people try to take advantage of her, no surprise, and she ends up with a secret identity in Quebec.
So, it's basically a slice of life. She's kind of just wandering around, trying not to get into trouble, getting into trouble nonetheless, and creating all kinds of new magic.

That said, Lilly is both incredibly social awkward and has some serious mental issues that she's largely ignored. She's very much an absent-minded researcher type, and so she leaves half-baked projects all the time (which contributes to the feel that there is no plot). This can make her not the most enjoyable character to read about.
The worldbuilding is... it's a post-apocalyptic System story. That lends itself to a certain tenor and style. And the story ends up caught u
