Michael Hayes arrives in a world plagued by OutWolders, near yearly arrivals from other worlds have changed the natural history of Planet Bkuki, OutWolders are a boon or cataclysm, healing diseases or starting genocides.

An ancient magi-scientific institute is now after Michael, who comes from the most scientifically advanced planet they have ever seen. But Michael’s only goal is to get home by turning a lifetime of science trivia into a deadly, efficient craft, and he will break any law of man or god to get back home.

Within reason of course, he’s not some Dangerous OutWolder Monster… Yet.

The Foundations Arc has been completed, minor re-write coming for early chapters, if your a new reader please forgive the chunkiness of the early chapters and instead look at the later chapters for what the story may become in the future.

I know most web novels on here have a big fight in the first chapter or two but with this story I’m trying to set up things that will keep paying off as time goes on. Don't worry fights will be coming!

Of course, as this is all new to the MC there’s going to be a bit more exposition and set up happening as well. Also, spelling is in Australian English. First ever story so feedback is welcome, Lets Writathon!

What to expect:

Slow Burn, MC who is not some crazy mad scientist from the start, he's a normal guy who becomes a mad scientist.

Early chapters can be described as Slice of Life/Training Montage.

Later it moves into a typical fantasy Adventurer lifestyle and then moves into more and more Mad Science.

An amateur author writes an amateur story lol, plz go easy on me.

Thanks for the novel, havent read it all completely yet. Interesting premise, wonder what shenanigans mc will get to into future. Only some minor things like phrasing and grammar issues. The Magic is peculiar, havent seen a system like it before. The references to other media like star wars does pull me out a little bit, such as (sorry for info dump) type of author comments. But in all I enjoy it wouldn't be reading it if I didn't.

Main character is easy to read about and to get stuck on, the power mechanics of this world are pretty neat as well. world building is coming along and the relationship dynamic is slowly coming around this is not a harem by no means I just meant the MC is not a loner. I like the idea of how the gods of this world are willing to help but not just through powers all willy nilly. can't wait for a lot of the MC's powers to expand and "level up" to see just how amazing they can be. The author tried to take it's readers into account while writing and watches the comments to see good or bad feedback. Mc's power are awesome, but not to over powered for this world that he has been put in. Don't know if it will come up later in the story or not but the full on description of how the gods had to fix his body is actually one of the reasons I keep reading. I have extremely high hopes for this author and their story. I want to be flabbergasted by it's sheer intelligence and brilliance. Keep up the good work!

I like the idea of this story and the MC is unique in his perspectives and personality so far. The world also has some unique characteristics that I haven't seen in any other story before which is a huge plus. But that's all the good points I had about this story, the writing style is not to my preference as the author uses a method where they don't show most of the interactions between the characters happening and the author just gives the readers a quick report in them.
There was also the point with the institution that is hunting down the MC. At the start of the story the author informed us that the institute would be a very immediate threat only to later recant it and give our MC 2 years of prep time. Which isn't bad in of itself but I personally found that unpleasant.
All in all this story has a lot of potential, but it just needs a lot of polish

very confusing how it constantly changes between mc-pov and 3rd person pov. There is no transition, just suddenly it's "I" instead of "he". Seems decent (the 2 chapters I actually got through, before getting too annoyed by pov).
Grammar seems fine, but kinda impossible to read a book not knowing how the point of view is. Will it later on, jump between multiple people as 1st person pov??
