Description
This book will undergo a rewrite, with the new version scheduled for release on September 15, 2025.
If fate offers a second chance, perhaps it’s not for revenge but for healing.
In a world shaped by divine remnants and ancient war, a disgraced Empress wakes from death. Regressed to a time before her downfall. Once revered, Morgana was accused of adultery and executed by the very man she loved. Now, armed with memories of betrayal and ruin, she wants nothing more than to escape her fate and forge a different path even if it means defying destiny itself. She awakens with the Golden Runes. A mysterious power granted by the roaming gods known as the Eldars, whose silence is both a blessing and a curse.
Life beyond the palace is quieter, steadier, and for the first time hers. She finds comfort in tending herbs, visiting markets, unexpected friendships and learning the patient craft of brewing potions. Drawn to the gentle rhythm of the Brewmaster’s path, she begins to find healing not through power or revenge, but through creation. Each tincture and elixir becomes a step toward reclaiming her sense of self. Yet even peace has its complications. The past lingers in whispers, and as her name begins to stir old memories and quiet rumors, the life she’s trying to build may not remain untouched for long.
Set in a richly layered world of crumbling empires, mythical ascension, and slow-burning revolution, this is a tale of quiet resistance, self-reinvention, and the burden of knowing what comes next. And in a world where peace is fragile and power divine, one woman’s second chance might be the key to unraveling it all.
What to Expect:
-A slow-burn, slice-of-life story with potion crafting, training, and travel.-Gradual, meaningful character growth not just in strength, but in mindset, healing, and perspective.-A character-driven narrative with rich, relevant world-building woven into every chapter.-A progression system tied to the divine aspects of the gods known as Eldars, each representing a force of the world.-Subtle mysteries, soft magic, and emotional beats that reward patience and immersion.
This work is meant to be read indark modefor the best visual experience.

- Joi WilsonRoyal Road★★★ 3.0This story is well edited and decently written. There’s lots of crafting, searching for ingredients, fear of the future , and allusions to political issues but no real substance. Unfortunately I just can’t relate to the characters. There’s no motivation, no feeling, no connection. Its not a bad story. I’m sorry, but I’m just bored.
