Description

Vrax should be dead by now, And he damn well knows it. Yet he's still here. Delving into the eldritch unknown of the Forsaken Lands, at level zero. Being an overtly picky asshole, and praying for the System to give him the perfect class. Until then he will just have to do his best to outwit or outrun the horrors most other sane adventurers avoid. Everything changes when he gets offered a class with twisted but limitless potential, letting him fight the horrors he has been running from his whole life, with even worse creatures of his own making. Vrax will- Take a prank too far and "accidentally" unleash Man eating Daisies upon the world. Wake/Make horrors beyond human comprehension. Probably disappoint his father. Make a town irrationally afraid of dandelions. Steady burn progression, from level zero to being a problem for those dickheads from the church. Not as fast as mage tank but not as slow as runesmith. Mc gets a very unique powerset allowing him to craft and twist monsters into deadly horrors.

One of if not the best story I’ve read in my life.  The setting in interesting, the characters have depth, there are real stakes in the story even with a rather powerful MC, and the monsters are suitably monstrous.  And don’t get me started on the humor.  I’m literally laughing out loud every single chapter.  If you don’t at least take a look you’re doing yourself a disservice.

The eldrich danger dog is my favorite character and they make me laugh everytime they mimic their foods last thoughts and screams. And I guess the paladin and his companions are cool as well. Green hell paladin whom summons and bioengineers eldrich beasts is certainly neat. And a siege tank in humanish armor following him even though the beasts make him regret it sometimes. Oh and the new guy who doesn't quite understand what's happening but is just happy to be there.

Really like this one. The tone is good. His powers are cool af and the supporting cast and world building are too notch. His character does anti hero well too. A basically good person that helps people when he can who makes some absolutely questionable ass choices lmao. Pacing is good.

The power system allows for customization to a degree that you rarely see. The monster designs are truly horrifying. Its almost like reading a dungeon book but the dungeon is a paladin. Got ro say I love reading this series and get excited every time I see a new chapter alert.

I'm still not at all sure we're not getting to know the villain before he goes over the moral event horizon. But so far he's a really good guy, just that he's far too comfortable with some really twisted creatures and can't help himself making them more twisted. He's building a kingdom in the most awful and deadly place he could pick. And of course he named it something that should belong to a villain's headquarters. And all the creatures seem like rejects from a D&D monster manual that were too evil for paying audiences. But for those who are a bit bent, it's all here for our enjoyment. And he attracts a squad of awesome henchmen nearly as messed up as he is. And he calls a (cozy) hive of (lovable) scum and (hilarious) villainy home. And he's made mortal enemies of the dominant church of the land, but they are villainous enough that the horrors they experience at his hand are extremely entertaining.Multiple POVs and the characters are all extremely unique and memorable. Some of the most crazy and over the top monsters and abilities I've read. Somehow it's laugh out loud fun despite the horror, gore, and extreme violence. Always a great time.

This is a masterpiece, a work of art. Even the GODS themselves couldn`t make something this PEAK. its the perfect combination of adventure, action, comedy and eldritch horrors. I don't know how twisted the mind of Author-san is its twisted in the best way possible. This book is bloody brilliant. Absolutely love this, highly recommend!

Update at Chapter 56:Was laughing histerically at this chapter. You must read this if you like pure comedy. This story keeps me entertained and wanting more at chapter 50, so even if it gets boring and derailed by chapter 51 it absolutely earned a 5 star rating already and nothing can change that. The story can be described as the adventures of a young paladin devoted to god of nature and all his skillset is from the Aliens franchise, and not from the space marines faction at that :)The story story is filled to the brim with bioweapon humour, our MC is a trickster and a joker at heart and likes to deliver light-hearted irony on the surrounding world to the horror of its human inhabitants. In a way the story is a nonsensical fun romp and you can easily forget our MC is a walking biohazard.Anyway I really love the story for:No. 1 the humourNo. 2 the focusNo. 3 the consistency of styleNo. 4 the logical consistency of the system mechanics.Highly recommended reading.

Definitely one of the better litrpg that I have read. The characters don’t feel flat, the banter is good there are humor and serious interactions.the classes are unique, there are definitely the standard classes but some really unique ones as well especially the main character. The magic system as a whole seems to offer a lot of zonal twist on even stanard classes as well.the world building is steady and definitely done well, your never over whelmed with info everything come through more showing then just straight up telling you.the pacing is great. Definitely not fast but not so slow that you constantly waiting for the next exciting thing. The main character can do a lot with his class from fighting to making and gathers so there is always something going on.Granted at chapter 42 it really feel that although I might be well into book one that this is very much the beginning at a long series. The stat are super prevalent in the book in the way some other books are it’s more esoteric and I believe the author mentions this early on. The long stats never bother me in other book but I know it does others.

Love it love it love it, love the premise, it’s a unique power dynamic within a world, the writing itself is entertaining where it can and satisfying where it needs to be, the creatures described enough that gaps be filled with imagination (it’s just enough showing to tell us what it is). I love this, I hope it doesn’t get dropped, hoping for 1000+ chapters 😇
