Saturn Vanya Emerson is a musical genius who ended up in prison through an unfortunate set of circumstances. The universe felt pitty that he youth once again couldn't fulfil his talent and granted him a gift to fulfil his potentil. This is his story.

Sorry about the crappy synopsis and crappy name for the novel. To be honest I really couldn't think of a good name to call the novel.

This story is far better stories that take place in the modern era with a system in the music genre.
So far the story has a good foundation and has a bright future ahead. A pleasure to be a part of this story's journey.
For my concern is that give the main character a name other than "Guy". That is my only concern and as far as the story goes it's all good.
Keep up the way you right cause unlike most of the fictions online this story is one of the few unique stories that make it easier for the reader to imagine what is happening inside the story like a movie of some sort but purely made from Imagination.
That's all good job don't go on hiatus don't drop this novel post more chapters.

A genuine pleasure to read! If you’re looking for a story with real characters with their own lives and struggles then this is the place with you.
The author is still a little fresh however shows a lot of promise.
For the author:
Please note, I do not wish to overwhelm you with this info so take your time to digest it.
The protagonist is decently flushed out although I would recommend a tad more work to be done on this. I’d recommend creating a detailed character sheet for each of the primary characters (I.e the protagonist, his mother) as they will have a major influence on the story.
Character Sheet: list of events that defined them in their past or future, their personality traits and so on (Jenna Moreci does a great break down of how to do this.) A character sheet is something the reader doesn’t necessarily see but it is extremely helpful to the author as a reference and is a great tool to help them think more deeply about who their characters are.
Additionally create a timeline of what each of the characters is doing (if it is important for later) even if it will not show up in the chapter or ever. I.e. Mom went to work today, she met Jill. Jill will be a big influence on her and will offer her a job that will help boost her confidence and change her perspective/interactions with her son. Even if Jill or the work day in the example is never mentioned in the story, the fact that the boost in confidence will change her character and Guy will notice this.
I also recommend creating a structured chapter break down for each chapter going forward. Create your overall outline for the novel from start to finish. Then break it down into chapters and time lines. Break each chapter down into plot points, sub plots, main and sub hooks and so on.
The most important piece of feedback I can give to any author is have fun and enjoy what you do. Looking forward to seeing your skills develop as time goes on.
