Description

The Hollows is a vibrant and cruel place. A world filled with beauty and magic, overshadowed only by the darkness that dwells within. The god king rains supreme, and promises domination to all. Only a handful of wizards and warriors stand in the way of total damnation.

Murphy finds himself unfortunately banished from his home. Rather than mourn his circumstances, the young Warlock takes to his new life with a sarcastic passion. His journey to becoming a great wizard is fraught with misfortune. If it can go wrong, he will always find a way to ensure it will. With the help of his cantankerous master and the soldiers of The Tavern League, he finds his own place in the wild Hollow World.

This is a coming-of-age story, where the protagonist learns magic over time. So just know that it will be a slow-burning story, with plenty of adventure as Murphy learns more about his world, and its intricate and varied magic systems.

This will be the entire epic of Murphy. I intend to separate the story into smaller books for publishing, however here it will be one long and uninterrupted tale.

No score change, still consistent with first review.
First off, for transparency I am now the Editor for this book since my initial review. I now read chapters in advance and have since helped where I can as a sounding board on this project.
I still find this story to be an enjoyable coming to age adventure that has taken my imagination on a wild ride into a fantastic world that is consistently being worked on in the backroom.
The world is full of unique feeling magic with a increasingly technical display of the mechanics that I admittedly have helped since foster while discussing with the author with much more yet to be displayed.
The Dolmic Language: I've seen the alphabet and know how it even ties to the magic system in multiple ways for different usages which I've rarely seen in fictions before so do look out for the public release of the Dolmic Language for some extra Universe lore if that interests you.
I am still a fan of Murphy but Callus has become my favourite character since his introduction and all his interactions throughout. He just tickles me right.
I still enjoy the writing style and haven't needed to change much other than a small spelling here and there.
Moving forward I will be taking a more active role in worldbuilding with the author as I've fallen in love with this world.

Thank you for posting this story.
I read all the chapters, have favourited it and will be following this story to know when it is updated. It scratches an itch I didn't know I had.
I am big fan of Murphy and really enjoying Murphy's character and how he interacts with the character’s around him, especially the kids his own age. I look forward to seeing his progression through this interesting world as it is obvious there is much more to the world than it seems.
The description of magic is unique but familiar and feels quite colourful. More will need to be elaborated upon in the
