Matt Reeves' THE BATMAN: COURT OF OWLS TWO-PARTER

This is my pitch/breakdown for a Court of Owls story set in Matt Reeves and Robert Pattinson's "The Batman" continuity, and I'm hoping to keep in line with their tone of an operatic and heightened world, balanced with grounded characters and relationships.

I think it works best if there's another movie between it and the first one, so this isn't a direct sequel to the first one. Also yes, this is a two-parter, because the Court of Owls story itself is a two-parter in the comics. In my opinion, trying to condense a Court storyline into a single movie is infeasible, it'd be near impossible to capture the full scope of their power and influence and then stop them by the end, and have it be satisfying.
