War raged. Man versus God. An army of ten million vs an army of one. Which side do you think had the numbers? Zenzo lost his memories in this war. And now, he must figure out who he is, along with his purpose, with the help of his companions. There's only one problem. Zenzo is a coward, afraid of conflict and battle. And. He has to save the world. But he wields the power to make anything around him the opposite of what it currently is. You're probably wondering how a person terrified of conflict can save the world.

Me too.

But somehow, Zenzo fights to do it. Even though every time he uses his power, he accidentally makes something more formidable than it was supposed to be. Not only does he have to fight world-ending threats, but he also has to fight with his inability to control his power. All heroes have to start from somewhere. Right?

Can a coward rise above fear? Or will he hide from things that wish to harm him and his family?

WHAT TO EXPECT!

1.Over the Top Battles!

You don't have to wait very long to see epic battles. One of the things I love about fiction is that it allows us to escape reality, and when things are too based in reality, it makes it hard to do so. There are some fights that you'll never see coming.

2.Romance

Romance here and there because everyone enjoys the company of another. Even if that person happens to be themself. I cannot stress this enough: THIS IS NOT A HAREM! Regardless of what you may think or what it looks like. Everything is carefully crafted to have a purpose.

3.EVERYTHING has more than one purpose.

There's nothing in this story that was written by happenstance, even though I made this story as a challenge for the last write-a-thon. There is zero filler, and everything serves a purpose, and there will be a definitive and satisfying ending, as I have many other stories to write.

4.Unpredictability!

Reading one of my stories is kind of like playing the lottery. You'll more than likely be wrong than you'll be right about what happens next. I'm certain you'll be right a few times, but will you be right about the things that happen next when I make it painfully obvious what's next?! We'll see!

5.A fun ride!

One of the things I enjoy most about writing is writing stories that I haven't seen before. Things that make you go, "that was different!" Or things that make you say, "This story is crazy!" I'm not going to promise you the greatest story ever, but I think I can provide a unique and fun experience to any open-minded individual. Anybody who wants to see something different and have some fun!

6.The Story Will Be Finished No Matter What!

It is a personal goal of mine to always finish whatever story I start writing. Cowardly is no exception. It's the same thing with the other story I'm writing alongside this for the magazine contest: Gradien: Children of the Sky. I cannot promise how long it will be up after it's finished; however, I can promise that if you tune in every week, you'll reach an amazing ending. 7.This is a Fictional Universe!

I am creating a universe where certain characters and individuals will reappear in other stories. I cannot tell you which, but if you follow me long enough, you'll get to know the characters and universe the same way I do.

8.Character Development

No character outside of one in particular will be the same at the end of the journey, and growth will be as organic as possible while staying true to who they are and their wants and desires.

9.Character-Driven Story

The decisions that the characters make directly influence what happens throughout the story. Even things that seem pointless or don't make sense.
