Description

(Daily chapter updates at 12:00 pm MST)

Second chances are rare. Hyperspace mages are even rarer.

When Jace wakes up in another galaxy, he has no choice but to absorb a starship’s hypercore to survive. It might give him a head start to his advancement and an array of unconventional abilities, but it’s unstable. If he doesn’t keep advancing, his body will fall apart. He has to hunt wild beasts just to level up and stay alive. Worse, cultivating a hyperspace Path is forbidden—and punishable by death.

A farmhand from earth wasn’t prepared. There was no warning, no tutorial, and no free technique cards. But there’s an intergalactic cataclysm to stop, and maybe—just maybe—a world where Jace can finally have a purpose.

The choice is his: a mundane existence, or something more?

Jace chooses the path of legends.

I enjoyed the beginning of the story! I'm interested to see where the progression goes and how Jace is going to emotionally deal with this new universe so far outside of his previous existence. I'm curious about what benefit Kinfild is getting from their arrangement. Is he more of a Han/Lando type or Obi-Wan/Luke?

Story’s got that classic Isekai feel but with some fresh twists that make it stand out. I’m really interested to see how Jace is gonna deal with everything that’s happening.
The writing is smooth, no major grammar errors or anything, so it’s easy to get lost in the story. I flew through the first few chapters without even realizing it. It’s not too fast, not too slow—just the right pace to keep you engaged.
The side characters are solid, too. Kinfild is interesting, but I can’t quite figure him out yet. Is he a buddy, or does he have his own thing going on? Like, is he more of a Han Solo type or a wise mentor like Obi-Wan? Either way, I’m curious to see more of him. And Lessa? She’s great, hope to see more of her as the story goes on.
The whole magic system is pretty neat. It’s got some depth but isn’t overwhelming, which I appreciate. It feels like there’s a lot more to uncover about the world and the different factions in it, but it’s not dumping all that info on you at once.
Also, the whole deckbuilding thing with skill cards, makes me wanna see what combos Jace is gonna pull off. Feels like there’s a lot of strategy in how he’s gonna use his powers, and I’m all for it.

really good book, with an interesting story, my only problem is he occasionally misspells small things, like his character's names, but I can't talk  about that seeing is my spelling can sometimes be bad too, but overall loved it, can't wait for more chapters! and now I'm grasping at straws because the 50 word limit sucks.

Really enjoying the stories.  Good premise. Feels like star wars with a twist. Good character development. The main character seems lost but I feel that is realistic since he has beeb isekai'd less than a week. I liked the girl character. Hope she makes it out. Interesting premise on dungeons.

Good progression Isekai, very action packed, skin of their teeth. Not super deep or lore heavy, but it has a decisive, driven main character and a relatively interesting plot, definitely worth trying out.
Still kind of waiting to see what it matures into at this point, but so far it's worth the trip.

Only gotten through a few chapters so far, but this seems like a pretty good story. Big Isekai-Jedi vibes so far, though that's not a genre I've seen done many times. The 'deckbuilding' aspect is well-realized, with skill cards that provide abilities, and a limited number of active slots.
    Worth a read!

First, I love the concept behind this story. 10/10 elevator pitch.
The writing mode is solid, with plenty of descriptiveness and imagery, interesting character concepts, and potential for serious worldbuilding.
Unfortunately, it kind of falls apart when it comes to the actual plot, character development, and individual motivations. The plucky backwater tagalong can coincidentally and with zero foreshadowing do something that was established as being incredibly rare at the drop of a hat, to get them out of a tight spot! The farm boy starts out believably having trouble with a reasonable brawl, but soon snaps to instantly moving like an accomplished action hero in chase scenes, jumping from moving vehicles, dodging fire from *squads* of professional soldiers and mowing through them with no issue! Interesting 'but why' intrigues fall down as a main character is introduced, then instantly reveals that they could have 'Menacing T Badperson' written across their face in block caps. One of the big threat-hooks of "anyone doing this gets an automatic death sentence" is met with a resounding "meh" by absolutely everyone.
It quickly moves from characters serving their own interests and needs causing the story to move forward (good), into placeholder pawns doing as needed to move things along in the invisible overarching script (not good).
Also was pretty disappointed to see Xianxia elements sidestep-shuffle-creep into a system that up until then had the potential to do its own thing. "Circulate your Qi- er, I mean Aes..."
