Things would be fine if it weren't for the fact that he's a background character at the very beginning of Naruto's story. Now he has to use his knowledge of the Naruto franchise to survive. Will he survive into the Boruto era and beyond?

I would be lying if I said that this is the best fanfic I ever read. But you know what? I'm having fun!
it is, at it's core, a story about grasping at opportunities and desperatly trying to make something great of one's self. For all his boasting and dramatics, the main character feels desperate, on a timer and constantly harried by the feeling of not being enough. And the medium it takes to express that is the complete exploitation of every power, artefacts, tricks and techniques found in the Naruto canon, filler, movies and games. All to attempt to create the most busted power-set possible! So if this kind of thing speaks to you take a chance!
The style is not the best I've read, but it is serviceable. I feel that if I got the above impressions and can have an idea of the tone the different characters have while talking, without being prompted by the narrator, it is a major win. Some of the later fights are longer and I did get lost, but that could also be because I read irregularly.
All in all, I'm having a lot of fun with this. The OCs have good chemistry, the dialog can be good between them, and the action is getting ridiculous and comical with the power scalinig going off the rails. The plot twists are as ridiculous and over the top, the villains are really evil, the shonen tropes aplenty, and the MC hides his implied inferiority fears behind snark, boasts and overpowered (in time) bullshit that baffles the canon characters.
I'm looking forward to the continuation, I'm curious to see how the OCs will make their final mark in the Naruto world!

The mc is the typical cringe, edgy, brooding and good looking. Every girl fawns on him because of how attractive he is (lmao).
Add to that the fact that he's a complete sociopathic murder hobo and you've got abthe recipe for the most uninspired fanfic ever.
If you already read litteraly any badly made fanfic ever, you can just ignore this since you've already experienced everything there is to read here.

The premise of the story is fine even if it is a fairly common one with Naruto Fanfics it still has alot of potential. But that's about it the author is time skipping twice in a single chapter sometimes throws out small sub-plots for a few sentences and doesn't expand from there or just straight up leaves it for much further into the plot. I'm currently at the Chunin Exam arc we have no idea what his current strength level is, who is jonin-sensi is or his team mates. Not even who his current friendships are or any meaningful delving into his family situation.

Edit : I came back. pacing is waay too fast , and the story is basically, he did this and then he did that , then he did this then he did that , bla bla bla bla . the author is telling us what happened instead of showing us . this story went into the trash so fast i was repulsed.
