Basically he goes to different fictional worlds to complete quest to get rewards that he can then use to build a base/faction in fallout universe.

There are many books about mc using system like powers, and this is one of the very few that follows some mechanics by not making it too op. The coin conversion for upgrades ( expensive and not easy to get)., the way the soldiers becoming more lively after sometime Interacting with one another and environment, the way the soldiers are made ( not just out of the air). It makes it different and reduces questions of why, what amd when.

The writing is pretty good, better than whatever i've been trying to dish out the past month while myself trying to get into storywriting that's for sure, it's readable, comprehensible, although i have to complain about the measure of scale in the writing, it's odd.
My biggest problem is with the plot and how the events play out so far.
To put it bluntly, it's a bit everywhere, while i expected a fallout centered story considering this is supposed to take place in the universe of fallout, the MC's first adventure is in... horizon zero dawn for some reason?
I understand it decided to have multiversal aspects via those mysterious ass doors that i won't explain further because it's a spoiler, but the first 1.5 chapters or so, we get anything but Fallout.
We get an info dump and that eldritch beings exist said in the most casual way possible, and the MC gets a strong starter pack (weapons, essentials to survive and bodygear), he gets a clean shelter, and we also discover that he actually won't need to go outside in the fallout world often.
And finally my biggest gripe is the RTS aspect and specifically how it's handled, apart from the previously mentionned problem of scale, in 5 chapters this guy already has a safe shelter and a base ready to house soldiers once he acquires them, it feels the story is forgetting a crucial aspect of RTS, resource gathering.
The MC gets boxes with freshly placed stuff, he didn't need to gather building materials to build anything from a magical fabricator or anything of the sorts, he just gets stuff?
Like me personally i'd be totally okay if there was a fabricator or system-tied construction system for buildings and items, if only it at least needed resources to make the stuff, and not just "explore this building, kill 2 radroaches" and congratulations you have a solid building ready to house a few squads of soldiers.
Overall: a 4.5/10, not my type, i can see how it would be cool to some people however, the writing is good and not ai gene
