I've breezed through the first chapters, and this says how hooked I am.
This is a story deep in intrigue and WTF energy, all based around a common children's story gone haywire.
Action sequences are visceral and to the point (Who doesn't like head-chopping?). I never got bored reading through prose as each sentence brings about a turning point. I love the concept of the werewolves and grannies, making me think twice about this tale. Characters so far are well set up for the road ahead.
There isn't much chapters as of now, but this is sure to be a banger!

Blasted through the first ten chapters and now sitting on a cliffhanger waiting to see what happens next. Highly recommend giving it a read! Great theme and great world building without info dumping!
I'm also very impressed by the prose thus far. Descriptions are vivid and detailed, action is fast and punchy, and the dialogue is (seemingly) for once reasonably believable enough to not break immersion. Looking forward to how this insane twist on red riding hood being the demonic bad girl is going to turn out!

    Overall:
The story is a fun take on the “Little Red Riding Hood,” by the Brothers Grimm. It is actually a very cool callback to the authors of Little Red Riding Hood, as our boy Cain joins the pack and becomes a Grimm himself with his “Little” wolf and his own Red Riding Hood. There is no of those bad isekai tropes which is refreshing. Yes, the story has a system, and our boy is growing stronger. Yes, it is an isekai however I kinda forgot that it was that later in the story, as it is not the most important thing. Cain is not a hero or a villain, he is a pup, a mercenary, a hunter, a Grimm.
    Style:
The style of the story truly shines. The author does a magnificent work in creating a fantastic atmosphere that fits the story. The style is also not one of those: “Then he did this and this and this and so on,” which I really like, there is also not a massive wall of texts, which can easily throw me out of the story, so it is nicely to read. Excellent job on that author.
    Story:
I like the story a lot. It is a bit fast paced however it does has it more slower movements.
    Grammar:
There is nothing or remarkably close to nothing in grammar problems. So, this is an easily five stars scores.
    Character:
The characters have backstory and are a lot deeper than we know. At the movement of book 1 we have not gotten much of this backstory, yet it has not made the characters shallow. There are a mystery and one I can´t wait to hear more about.

Rarely do I check for new chapters as often as now. This book is already very interesting, and it promises to become more. There are ways in which it could be rendered worse, but judging by how the story is going so far, that won't come to pass. I eagerly await for more chapters, and lament my inability to binge any further.

Fascinating start, a blend of iskaei and a European style of fantasy curious to see where it goes
Story is well written with a nice amount of horror and blood, balanced character development, and an effective story explanation to everything that happens, but with enough mystery to draw you in further

Was lucky enough to get to beta-read this and can just say "strap in" cause it's a ride.
It's a great mix of fairytale horror out of the nightmares of the Grimm Brothers and genuinely-thrilling action sequences.
LlazyLlama is just a tremendously-exciting author to follow, cause his ideas are a lot of fun and I've been enjoying everything he's written so far. He's definitely a cut above most authors on the site, in terms of having found his writing voice and knowing how to pace his narratives.
Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

Reincarnation is a very common troupe among web novels and getting really boring but this novel does it great, same with the system. Among the endless piles of shit this one sticks out to me.
Not only does it have solid grammar and decent characters but the world building is also really solid and more importantly, unique. This is a breath of fresh air among the copy and paste murim bullshit that seems to be overflowing every web novel site.
If you are interested in monster hunting, the Witcher, Sandman, Warhammer or similarly grim dark fantasy novels then this is for you. Even with twenty chapters I can definitely say that this is going to be a banger.

This story definitely has a lot of potential. I only wish there were more chapters as of writing this review although it does seem to be updating every day.
Style: The story shines here. The prose and writing style creates an amazing atmosphere and makes the fights feel tense.
Grammar: Nothing wrong here as far as I can tell.
Story: I'm liking it so far although it is a bit fast paced. The part where it losses points is that the characters don't really explain much as well as
Even after the protagonist was rescued and brought to a safe place, he didn't get brought up to speed on what is going on. Instead, they just say "we'll tell you later" even though they have the time to explain.
Character: The characters think and talk to each other like regular people.
When the protagonist is suddenly put into a deadly situation and then brought out of it, he is understandably traumatized which does actually manifest itself in future chapters.

Very interesting story.  Well crafted. Pulls you in can leaves you wanting more. The story starts with something familiar and then twist this into something that surprises you in ways that leaves you more curious about what is to come. All the things left untold can be irritating at first.  But keeps you reading.

Not a bad read, so far.  The pacing is a little different than I'd prefer, but it's not off-putting.  The only real criticism I have here is that the author has set up an absolute ton of questions to be answered later, and the pacing of the story indicates those answers won't come any time soon.
