- RznRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This was an amazing short story. It was innocent, then it got dark... and got darker. Well-written and really powerful, even the ending spoke to a certain sort of calculation that was dark in its own way. As if everything that came before was just setting the groundwork for the story to be told in full and without omission. One tiny thing, and I think it may be coincidental, while not specifically coming out as being part of D&D, the mention of Chaav seemed out of place as if one god got switched for another. Though this is an amazing story worth reading, but yes... it is very dark.
