A New World. Similar Life and Body. Best of All, He's Not Sick Yet.

He was determined to enjoy the new lease on life he'd been given. It was still his life and his parents, just with some minor changes. This time around there are cultivators, and monsters walking the Earth.
This isn't the same world he died on, it's better, his family is still alive on this one.
Now he just needs to make sure they stay that way.
Luckily for him, when he crossed worlds, he didn't come alone. Whateverbeingprecipitated the switch gave him a little something extra he can use.
Now he just needs to figure out how to use it.

I will be uploading new chapters on Saturday.
(Note: As with my other stories, this one focuses more on the characters than on constant action.)
Author's Note: This is my raw, mostly unedited, first draft text. I am using RR to test out this story as I'm writing it to get a feel for how the published and edited copy will be received. Certain sections of the story will be changed or added to when I publish it as well.

- ArcanePandaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0It is not the same old copy paste setting that feels cliche and overused. We are finding out more about the setting and mechanics of how cultivation in setting works. The big thing is it feels like we are very much still in the tutorial mode and still in the first arc.
- Cat NapRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I really respect the efforts the author has taken to share a massive amount of content with us in this series of books posted, you should read them and enjoy some of the antics each character brings forth.
Some of the jokes were not funny but the story feels light and interesting to read, a great way to spend a few hours .
Really enjoyed this series, thanks 😺😻🍿🍿 - Chele42Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0I read book one on Amazon Kindle, unlimited, because it was recommended to me based on my reading. I devoured the first book so quickly, I found it excellent, and a different take on the genre that I had read before. I’m really enjoying watching Nate interact in his new life that is so similar to his old life yet different.
World building is well done, I can tell where it would vary from the original world, In ways that makes sense based on the storyline. Grammar is very good ,I have noticed very few errors if any. I enjoyed it so much that I looked for the author on Royal Road, and I’ve also put his other series on my to be red list. I wasn’t ready to be finished with this story though so I have been reading what’s on Royal Road now.
Well done, and I think others will enjoy the story thoroughly. - DavidLingardAuthorRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Here’s my thought process: oh I love it when the MC does at the start and gets reincarnated into a new body! No… wait… hang on, he’s going into a young boy’s body now? That’s… wait… this is awesome. I hope he gets his revenge!
Honestly I love how this story starts, right from the off you have intrigue, someone to feel sorry for, then root for, and then you put your hand on your chin and start really pondering what’s about to happen. Time loop? Reincarnation? Abducted into a system? The afterlife? And then we begin!
And into school! I do love an academy fantasy too…
I really enjoy the fact that the system is contained on a smartwatch of sorts, it’s something I haven’t really seen very often and I find it unique and interesting.
Monsters are real, a multi-dimensional world where most of the real world is apparent (except maybe the laws of physics), this is really a refreshing read, and one that I hope to continue in the same vein.
Spelling and grammar are all on point so far, and the flow is easy and engaging. Honestly this is a very good story with a lot going for it.
The character seems innocent and he’s easy to like, I only hope that he gets his revenge, learns who and where he is, and maybe a little more about his past life? - FlyingDutchmanRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is a solid novel, it doesn't paint too far outside the normal cultivation lines but it has good character interactions and a solid system. I've got a few issues with the way the MC handles some things, but that's common in any story. Overall its a solid book that doesn't try to paint too far outside the lines.
- MorebooksRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0So this is a second read through as I wait for new chapters. It has held my attention despite my long list of current reads, and even waiting for a once a week update over several months I haven’t lost interest. Which I admit I often do, until I can binge again, but not this story.
This is a very different world and a unique take on the dungeon core and cultivating genres. I love how the two were combined and so give us something completely unexpected. I would suggest not thinking of it as a dungeon story, nor of it as cultivating. Just think of it as the personal journal in an adventure story with some dungeon and cultivating aspects.
I’m enjoying the personal growth of our MC, though honestly the focus does seem to be more on the world, giving our characters a slow ramp up. Which is also a nice change of pace from those adventures where the MC goes from wimp to Superman in about 3 seconds. Here there are lots of interesting aspects that are paced a little faster than a cosy but not as fast as many adventures thought the action definitely picks up as it goes.
I’m trying not to spoil anything for you, so being very vague. Just give it 4 or 5 chapters before you try to decide what you think. - ShadoCat2Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0The author did a good job with the isaki method and the remafications of it.
The characters are very well thought out. They talk and behave like people.
The MC ends up in a world with a family and some already picked enemies. He later acquires both friends and enemies in a realistic maner.
My one gripe is that the MC began crippled and was a part of the first chapters 35+/-. The good thing is that the MC didn't dwell on it in a "Woe is me" maner. It was just part of the story. Now that that's dealt with, there won't be that distraction going forward.
I enjoy this story and look forward to the weekly updates now that I have to wait. - SoulessRedRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Well written written throughout. There were a couple places where MCs thought process didn't line up with the action taken afterwards. These were obviously areas that the author had re-written or changed something up and didn't realize the issue. As well as a few places where there was a time jump without any obvious indicator for it other than characters doing something differently than the paragraph just preceding, easily fixable with a editing pass and added indicators/separators. Nothing that detracts from the story or messes it up but it did make me go back and re-read to understand it.
The story itself is an interesting and original mashup of transmigration/dungeon master/cultivation. The cultivation isn't really a focus but gains enough attention to be fleshed out and shows some similarities to other cultivation stories (honestly only so many ways to do cultivation and have it make sense) and the transmigration itself is an interesting take on the idea that works well with how the author has set the story up.
Fast paced so far with only a few places that had, admittedly, a needed info dump to get readers up to speed. They weren't overly long and were written well.
Looking forward to reading the rest of the story and seeing where it goes!! - ValhalarRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I really enjoyed book one and am.now reading book two. I love developmental stories. Its also fun seeing Nate bounce between his Old Earth knowledge and the new. If he takes.some of the Old Earth tech and recreate a it he will be an economic powerhouse. The self training is fun too. Well Ill fight till they swarm and kill me. Lol
- blackius420Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0I must say I have been enjoying dungeon building stories but a lot of the time they run into the same issues, stuck in one spot(forced alternate POV’s), and either murderous for the sake of being murderous or ultra nice for the sake of it being younger audienc friendly. This takes a step out in a new direction and really allows more depth to the concept. Interesting take on cultivation, would like to know more about the intricacies of the cultivation path but at the same time I enjoy how much more free flowing the story is about, maybe just a page for a breakdown on the levels and such for the reader so we can get a baseline idea for how powerful people are. But overall I have really enjoyed it and am looking forward to more
