there was once a man, the last one, in fact. no longer did any humans exist, apart from this one, single man. the other beings found there to be no choice but to force him to impregnate one of the many frozen human eggs, whether he wants to or not.

    When this was written, this cautionary tale was a niche thing and now it actually has become something that gained widespread attention in 2025. The author represents a much earlier version of the supportive AI role and I must say, even that seems quaint compared to current versions. While the idea is basic and interactions limited, it is very much something that was ahead of the curve when it was written.
