Description

We all dream of second chances. After a series of incidents blows up in my face, I reincarnate as Aang the porter with a new lease on life. I'm young again, my back doesn't hurt, I have no idea where I am, but I know what I must do. To level up, I must start a riot.

What to expect:

- A story of a man seeking atonement and regaining his sanity

- Violence, buckets of it

- Sarcasm, snark, and dark humor

- Genuine characters

- A single love interest, sex happens, porn does not

- First person story, present tense

- Travel and slice of life

- Battles and wars later down the line

It's a great novel, it has some ideas that I rarely see in other books that bring the story together. Some parts may infuriate you because you think "That's so dumb why do this! ARGAH!" Just try to remember the author is writing the MC as realistically as possible while striking to the setting, and don't judge the book by the first few chapters the first can be skipped but it will help you understand if you haven't read this type of book before.

I absolutely loved the story. The relevant quotes at the beginning are great.
The MC? Just incredible. A real person, not a goodie two shoes, not a murderhobo, not a monk. You wont believe it when I say it. But he has real flaws that are a detriment to him.
The story? The female characters? They are complex and act their age? What kind of sorcery is this.
I am in between jobs but will support this author with a patreon when I get a new one.
Just keep on doing what you are doing m8. You are doing great.

Honestly the quality of this story are heads and shoulders above most other stories on Royal Road. The grammar is perfectly fine I haven't noticed any issues, the story is a fresh and interesting spin on the genre with almost endless potential to grow that the author has sprinkled in without throwing it down our throats.
The suspension feels real and him treating every single redo like it would have actual consequences for people he loves and is is supporting through these redo's gives the story and air of gravity that most time loop stories tend to struggle with.
All in all phenomenal story and I'm definitely looking forward to reading more of it

The story follows an angry anarchist through his reincarnation in a fantasy setting.
It is a gripping tale with dark comedy elements. The start of the book shows how our protagonist destroyed his life on Earth before being reincarnated as a porter slave just as said slave's caravan got annihilated by a group of mercenaries.
What follows is a time looping escapade mixed with a twisted version of the damsel in distress trope, done in a refreshing way. Actually I'd say most tropes were used either in a way that was not glaringly obvious or twisted in some new and interesting way.
There is also the last arc of the story, which I think is both fitting and executed incredibly well.
The following spoils somewhat the epilogue arc (not the main storyline) so if you prefer to read that short part with unspoiled eyes, skip this part of the review.
It is worth reading it with an open mind!

While the last arc was tagged as very dark by the author himself (he has a warning there) I find it follows the characters' development perfectly and is the logical conclusion of the protagonist's growing insanity caused by the loops.
It could be a short story on its own, it is so good! And brave of the author to go there and although tragic, it delivered the much needed closure.
    Manny is the GOAT!
As I'm writing this review there is already a second book finished, and I recommend reading both!

This book is addicting I started reading it this Friday it Is now Sunday at 6 AM. have gotten through 108 chapters In Less than 48 hours. If that doesn't tell you how good the story is I don't know what will.
there are spoilers in the spoiler box you've been warned:-)
Style: I love the style I like how the story was presented in a darker way than most others of it kind.
Story: I love the story from the beginning to the end. In an Earlier chapter I don't remember exactly which one A  Sudden time skip happens that bring us to Victories birth. Although I'm personally not a huge fan of time skip it but it Honestly didn't interrupt the story very much for me. In this most recent time skip In chapter 105 or 106 it Seems to be bringing us to the end of the story. I do have to say I'm a little sad about that. But maybe he will die on his redo timer being red and will end up in another world and we will end up with another awesome story. If not, it'll be a fun story to remember and I'm sorry this rating is coming so late.
Grammar: i'm using Royal Roads text to speech So I can say that there aren't Many spelling errors, but for punctuation not a clue.

This is a great story, and a fantastic kickoff for the series.  I have read the whole series to date (through the current postings for Dandelion), and it is simply great.
The story is quite timely considering what is happening politically in the states and the world at large, and (without trying to spoil anything) I think represents what people on both the Left and the Right are feeling: our governments are not representing their people anymore, but leadership on both sides is so corrupt that it is incredibly hard to enact a change to this state of affairs.
The MC's frustration is palpable, and the consequences, understandable.
At smaller scale, the story handles well both the strengths, and the weaknesses, of having the possibility of a Redo.  In particular I loved the final chapter: incredibly sad, and also, incredibly beautiful.
Another aspect of the story is that it has a very traditional take on what are men and women, and how powerful both can be, each in their own way, in that view.  It is a good reminder that while newer takes on these things exist, they are not necessarily right.  It also does not say that the newer visions of these things are wrong, it just speaks to the positive aspects of what was.
There is also a thread here about the nature of power: centralised power is great when you can trust the authority figure holding the power, and incredibly damaging when the controlling people/bodies just serve themselves.
A beautiful story about a lot of things, but mostly about a flawed, but brave and passionate, MC, in difficult circumstances.

first off this is a funny story while bad in how the mc does things it is very clear that is is meant to be a comedy before a grimdark, so if you doo pick up this story let it ride a little before signing off on it
while not a breaker of the story his way of thinking is a little strange and take a double take to get used to
