A Magical Tail

Jackie was just trying to find her way in this world, then everything went crazy. The wave came through and some people changed, literally. Even in the year 2040 things haven't gotten better, technology has stagnated, and the political divide has only widened over the years. After the wave things changed a lot, magic was literally in the air and brought with it almost endless new possibilities. Unfortunately, fear, pride, and prejudice take hold and leave those with new forms and abilities with many questions, and just as many problems.
