Description
Say no to the life in warhammer 40kAfter getting a second chance in the wrong universe—one where hope was a fool’s dream—Luthar, a low-ranked Tech-Priest with no grand destiny, refused to accept his fate. The moment he found a way to escape, he took it without hesitation.
Now in a world where gods walk among mortals, Luthar is armed with forbidden knowledge and technology beyond comprehension. He has no desire to be a hero—only to carve out a place where he truly belongs.
[ this time I am going to try to upload only one chapter every Sunday and for suggestions I will only take which would be good for my novel and story for other things I would completely ignore for first time chapter I am going to see the response and then decide if if I should take this novel seriously ]

- Gamers351Royal Road★★★★★ 4.5Quite interesting to read, and I recommend to read this as the story is quite engaging. The only problems is that some people would not know what is being talk about and needed to search in the Internet about the characters and equipment being use but otherwise quite good. This story(currently chapter 68) don't have weak and dense MC being force manipulate and plot armored by author but I could be wrong in the future but for now it is not.
- zimbimbarooRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0This is pretty good. There is a lot of reliance on the reader to be familiar with both Warhammer 40k and Danmachi. So if you aren't familiar with one or both, I recommend reading through the Wikipedia page for the adeptus mechanicus and at least getting a basic idea of what chaos deities are in that setting. For Danmachi, you should probably get familiar with at least the basic structure of the world and know what a 'falna' is. If you know at least the top 5-10 major characters as well, that will be helpful.
This story mostly goes straight into plot without bothering with world-building, because it is assumed the reader knows enough about those two series to make that unnecessary.
Sexual content is in the tags, but I haven't seen any sign of it yet as of chapter 57.
The violence is there, but it isn't all that graphic. Killing and murder are described succinctly without much gory embellishment, at least that's the way I read it. This might be a subjective thing.
The main character has goals that are never clearly defined as of chapter 57. He just builds obsessively with no real explanation other than maybe a thirst for knowledge, but his methods aren't exactly ideal for a pursuit of knowledge, so it's somewhat confusing.
He pulls in several other characters to his orbit. Those other characters are motivated by either curiosity and boredom or a desire to obtain power for personal vengeance.
The style reads most like a slice-of-life story without fully committing to that style. It's actually a bit difficult to describe. The story doesn't have typical arc structure with tension that gradually builds towards a climax and then takes a lighthearted rest before building again.
The characters each feel unique. Each have their own unique motives.
If you like Warhammer 40k, give this a try. If you don't, probably stay away. If you are unfamiliar, go do a bit of reading on the wiki to get a basic idea of the world and then come back.
While I see many areas for improvement, thi - Moist NuggetRoyal Road★★★ 2.5I'm on Chapter 12 now and I just don't see myself continuing.
The premise is good, the characters are well done, but the grammar/lack of proper spelling absolutely kills the story. It's in every chapter in almost every single paragraph. There's constant and never ending mistakes and errors.
If the author takes the time to go back to the start and proof-read and fix the chapters then I could see this being a solid 4/4.5 stars. - HandwranRoyal Road★ 0.5Story was pretty good, had good character growth with the mc regaining his humanity, and then for no reason whatsover, when the mc gets to marvel he starts torturing and lobotomizing innocents and kids. Really took a nosedive for the worse, and the author needs to put on a villianous lead tag, since the whole story is touted as being about a tech priest regaining his humanity after he escapes 40k. Worst part is its completely unnecessary and just done for "edge" value it would seem, the mc doesnt even need to make people into servitors as he has cloning tech, he also doesnt need to make kids into servitors because they are far far less efficent and usually die in the process, and creating servitors while theyre still concious is near heretical because they would usually die from shock, and worker servitorization is not a surgery that needs the patient to be concious. This is even in the damn 40k lore. Plus he risks making all his allies into enemies with this kind of act. Its so illogically and terribly written, Its ruined the entire fanfic for me.
