Archibald Alden. A young man born to a distant, yet wealthy family, finds himself suppressed by the wishes of his ambitious parents. Archibald knows himself well, however, and though his ambitions lie beyond business, he has resigned himself to the wishes of his parents. However, plans by beings unknowable are brewing and Archibald has been chosen without his knowledge. Brought to a strange, fragmented world, Archibald will have to first survive and navigate this deceptively beautiful world. With unknown threats both inside and outside himself, it is up to Archibald's wits and intelligence to save himself from a doom he doesn’t even know exists.

Hello! I'm NotSoOldMan and this is my first shot at a novel. As such, I'll be constantly improving and any constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. Reviews are also greatly appreciated.

This will be a progression story with an in-depth power system and world building. I'll try to create wondrous scenes, creatures, powers, etc that work in tandem to create an immersive world.

What to Expect
