Description

The only thing the Empire has ever known is war. Even peace time has only been spent preparing for more war, to conquer the world.

Niall and Sain are two brothers born into the Gestonian Empire, a militarily advanced nation, set on expanding its borders.

Niall is an Air Naval Force Officer recruit, and as he trains to take up his position in the military, his younger brother Sain spends his time learning the ways of magic back home.

Sain's life takes a troubled turn however, when he gets on the bad side of a local gang, and when Niall tries to help his brother, he inadvertently makes things worse, condemning his younger brother to a grisly future.

But before Niall can come to terms with his actions, a new war erupts, and he is shipped off to fight for the Empire, in a conflict that will reshape the borders of the world's most powerful nations.

I honestly think this is really good, it has me hooked better than actual shelf novels that I am reading at the moment.
Very minor grammar/spelling errors at this point. It feels like to author has proofread plenty of times!
I am looking forward to see where this story goes.

First off, I think your book cover is amazing. Just with a picture I feel like you convey a good tone and vibe that your prologue solidifies. Id like to call out a specific line that really stood out to me and had you earn a following from me:
"Upon the fifth day, the gods vanished, and a great flood enveloped the land, wiping all but a few from existence."
I think this is your strongest line in the passage you provided. If you could, I would suggest working this as your opening line, your "hook."
