Description

The Holy Mandate is broken. A slash—and the rotten Holy Empress’ head is sliced by a guillotine. The saintess, the hero, and the people finally won, returning their broken nation’s Holy Mandate now that the saintess, the main character, is crowned to replace the dead villainess. Or at least, that was the ending of another otome novel that a spoiled and bratty rich girl read till midnight. But suddenly, she woke up as the dead Holy Empress two years before her coronation, and six years before her inevitable death. Therefore, that kind of ending…was unacceptable! With a high-pitched, girly squeak, Alexa Theresa von Wolgast’s voice reverberated in her new room. “I should have read that novel better!”

This story seems to have take the best parts two books of the same genre. First is tearmoon Empire with the heir to the throne caught in terrible political intrigue that leads to their death and book that predicts the future.  Second is my next life as a villianess with starting out terrible at magic but gaining access to unique magic later on and knowledge of the future having interacted with the media the world was based on. all the while keeping the turning the villianess into an agreeable person trope that both stories follow I'm enjoying it so far please keep up the good work.

When I first came across this story, I thought it would be a fun read — and once again, my intuition was right. It's absolutely awesome. The female lead is incredibly charismatic, and her funny interactions drive the plot forward in a way that never gets boring.
Please, dear author, go through the process and finish this story. I truly hope to see its conclusion someday.

This story is great! The mc is transported into a novel yet doesn't remember much so they can't abuse meta knowledge that much.  The character development and growth is already showing, and side characters are enjoyable to read about.
This concept is pretty novel too, therr isn't much stories on this site that focus on being a noble heir so its a breath of fresh air
    Highly reccomend this novel

    This story is great!
There were, as far as I could notice, no major grammatical errors, the pacing is nice, and the concept for the story is cool.
However, at first the main character, Alexa, is quite unpleasant. Contrary to my expectations, though, she improved rather quickly as she develops genuine friendships who change her for the better. We also learn that most of her… rather unpleasant attitude is borne from her worldview and upbringing, meaning you can’t entirely fault her. One scene in particular reminded me of Marie Antoinette, where she asked why the peasants can’t just eat cake, which really does reflect her naivety.
Thus, I do recommend reading it, as it is shaping up to be something amazing in the future!

Hey, so I'm a sarcastic, foul mouthed lazy idiot.
(Yes this is part of the review)
That's why I enjoy the Main Character.
She doesn't want to be the main character, she doesn't want to fight. She's lazy, spoiled, and haughty.
Yet. She fights like a mad lad. She's determined to get what she wants, will defend her ideals and desires even to her detriment, all while throwing out complaints as she does what needs done.
She is slowly forming into an incredible character with some awesome setup for future teamwork with her as a major piece to the story.
Few villainess/ villian reborn stories get this tight rope walk done right. So far, the author has managed it, and I personally am fervently screaming encouragement from the stands.
Thank you for the awesome story so far, I'll not mention the well written side characters, solid grammar, or other story beats here.
I'll say my only complaint is it sometimes has the Asian peanut gallery style of sideline commentary from characters we never learn more of or who die almost immediately in a valiant last stand. These npcs are my only negative takeaway. Can I suggest they get names and appear later if those who survive?
They add to the story only if they are allowed to grow as well.
Anyways, this long rambling mess has gone on long enough. I'll be following this story for my next crumb like a starving rabid chipmunk on bathsalts and a mean case of the munchies. 🐿

It’s a great story so far, with excellent grammar. I’ve only noticed a few missing quotation marks. The main character is deeply flawed but still interesting and charismatic, which is very appealing. The main cast is also good, and I hope they receive more focus in future chapters.
One of the funniest moments for me was realizing that the ‘L’ in her stats was simply following alphabetical order. It made her supposed physical condition seem hilariously lame.

I like it, MC is interesting and fun, apart from the Wilhelm character others aren't that much fleshed out so hope they will get some more dimensions too. Looking forward to see the MC have her cake and eat it too! Thank you to author for a great story. Hope there is an ending planned..

Never read a brat type MC before. This was rather refreshing since most the time these type of characters are side characters. I love the character interaction. The MC is a joy to read, especially when around other characters
However, there were some scenes I wanted to see but were skipped. It felt like those were skipped because the author has trouble with fight scenes.
Such as the Wilhelm vs Sloth scene. You can't just skip a last stand type of scene man. You off screened him and then said he survives. He was going to do a sacrificial play and you didn't even show it. Rather than say this is how he survives I wanted to see how he survives.
There is also the Phoebe vs Sloth. You just went and skipped it to "they have been fighting for 10 mins now MC arrives to help". I wanted to see Phoebe fight Sloth especially since she is the most powerful character in the party.
There are a few more scenes skipped that could have been fleshed out more but those were in Patreon so not gonna mention those
Overall, I enjoyed this and waiting for more chapters

Treads along a well worn path, nothing really new or exciting. The way that this novel stands out from the rest of this genre is that the author has gone all in on starting the MC from as weak a character as possible, not even at simp level.
Now this is just my opinion and seeing how highly that this novel is rating on Rising Stars, this book is ticking a lot of boxes, soI believe that I am a minority here.
By all means if you like reading this genre give it a go and find out for yourself.
    cheers
