Description

Summoned to save a kingdom, Lukas was cast aside the moment he arrived — deemed too ugly to be a hero. Banished beneath the royal castle into a dungeon that devours the forgotten, he clawed his way to survival with nothing but a rusted broadsword and a burning will to live.

But fate isn’t done with him yet.

In the deepest dark, he awakens a power thought lost to history — the ability to summon beings from beyond, ancient and terrible. Magic. Steel. Monsters. Allies. His legend begins not with applause, but in silence and blood.

While another hero bathes in fame, Lukas sharpens his blade in shadow.

He wasn’t chosen by the gods. He willbecomeone.

I’ve only read the first five chapters so far, but The Summoned Reject: From Dungeon Rat to Demon Lord is off to a solid start. The premise grabbed me right away—guy gets summoned into a fantasy world and then gets immediately discarded and left for dead. It's a cool twist on the usual isekai formula, and I like how the story sets up that desperate, survival-driven vibe without going overboard on the dark, edgy stuff.
What I really like is that the main character isn’t overpowered or cocky. He feels pretty grounded—he’s figuring things out as he goes along, and it’s refreshing to see someone actually struggle and grow instead of just being handed power right away. You can tell he’s earning his progress, and that makes it more satisfying to follow.
The worldbuilding is also pretty good so far. The author doesn’t dump too much info on you all at once, but there are enough hints to make it feel like the world has depth. It’s intriguing without slowing down the pace.
Overall, I’m really liking the tone and pacing. It’s gritty but still keeps things moving at a good pace, and the MC is someone you actually want to root for. I’m definitely curious to see where it goes from here. If it keeps this up, it could end up being something pretty special.

it's fine as i said its just a copy paste of a ai roleplay session so expect those idiosyncrasies.
    Overview of the plot
asically the kingdom summons dued to be a hero and it the person doesn't seem legendary the toss them into a dungeon to die. This is what happened to the protagonist. Then he escapes the dungeons in a boring
"He has soo much willpower way"
Goes to atown does some low tier quests and gets a party and Goes to do the dungeon agaun where a monster from the kingdom, igess comes and kill the party except him and he falls into a pit and does the generic meet a 'dark god' and gets tossed into the the middle idlf s wilderness from where it turns into wish fulfilment story with a harem. Oh and a dragon just makes him king i guess.
Well thanks for reading my review :)

Heavily AI-assisted, the pace is bad, the plot is confusing, conversations don't flow well, just generally not that good of a story. Not unique in any way, just cliche betrayed hero trope. The AI formatting makes the conversations really hard to read as well. I do not suggest reading it unless you can get through the AI stuff.
